Cancellation Policy

Any reservations can be changed or canceled up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival day less bank charges.

Exceptions for bookings during Hi-Season Dates (arrival between December 17th and January 2nd), please contact us at least 15 days prior to arrival date. In such instances, the full amount of your Reservation Deposit will be refunded- less a two (2) night cancellation fee.

In the event of cancellations or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges.

Excellent accommodations! Loved the property and condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! While the beach is a little walk from the property, the view is even that more amazing, nothing in the way! The property was very quiet with more of an older crowd, but nice that you have the option if you want it. You can walk 10-15 min either direction and get to a beautiful beach where chair service is available or you can bring your own. The grocery store is a mile away, not walkable in my opinion because of the traffic and carrying groceries, but still so close. And you are offered a service that will deliver groceries for you. We rented a car and everything is so close on the island. Plus plenty of free places to park. Highly recommend the national park, baby beach, the lighthouse views and of course palm beach. Our favorite spot was Bugaloe for nightly live music and affordable drinks, right on the water!

Amazing stay

Just returned from a beautiful stay at million dollar view condo and it was phenomenal! The views from the balcony are breathtaking, the bed and pullout sofa are very comfortable, and the shower is large with great water pressure. We enjoyed the pool and walkable location to many beaches in the area and are already planning our return. This condo is a must stay!!

This was our fourth time staying in this building. We love Aruba and this specific location is beautiful. A quick walk to palm and eagle beach and an amazing pool area. A few cons: we were surprised by the mini fridge and the hot tub was not functioning for the duration of our stay despite us bringing it to the attention of the host on our first night- it was only a bit warmer than the pool. This was disappointing as we used the hot tub nightly during our previous stays. We also noticed that response time was a slower than we’re used to with BlueAruba. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and this is the first time that we’ve run into an issue with the hot tub. We would stay here again.

Clean with nice finishes and plenty of kitchen accessories to eat in. Great sunset views right from the balcony and the complex itself is very accommodating. Great place to stay.
