Cancellation Policy

Any reservations can be changed or canceled up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival day less bank charges.

Exceptions for bookings during Hi-Season Dates (arrival between December 17th and January 2nd), please contact us at least 15 days prior to arrival date. In such instances, the full amount of your Reservation Deposit will be refunded- less a two (2) night cancellation fee.

In the event of cancellations or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo. The views of the ocean are panoramic and breathtaking. The unit was exactly as described and had a beautiful new kitchen that is stocked with the basics. The furniture is all very nice and the bed comfortable. We made use of the bbq on the rooftop, where the incredible views continued. The pool was lovely and never very busy. The gym was nice too. The air conditioning in the unit was ice cold, and there were beach chairs, a small cooler and good quality beach towels.
I found the security at the building super friendly, and they helped us order a taxi to the airport on the last day.
The only thing to mention is that if you are a light sleeper you may want to bring ear plugs or a sound machine as the condo is right on the main strip. We sometimes heard music from cars passing by. But this is a fair trade off for the convenient location, across from the beach and the walking paths. We would stay again without hesitation! Thanks!
