Cancellation Policy

Any reservations can be changed or canceled up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival day less bank charges.

Exceptions for bookings during Hi-Season Dates (arrival between December 17th and January 2nd), please contact us at least 15 days prior to arrival date. In such instances, the full amount of your Reservation Deposit will be refunded- less a two (2) night cancellation fee.

In the event of cancellations or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges.

I really enjoyed this home!!! Its located in a beautiful community near Arashi Beach, which is one of the best beaches on the island (in my opinion). House was clean and in order. House is spacious with an open floor plan which made it very comfortable. Having a private pool was a huge bonus and the outdoor area was great to relax with plenty of seating. All essentials were stocked up, including detergent for laundry if you needed to use the washer and dryer. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels and extra bedding if needed. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay at this home. I would recommend it and plan to visit again.

The place is very nice. Spacious with high high ceilings and lots of space. Beds were comfy, outdoor seating lovely. Nice to have a full kitchen and laundry! AC was a dream to walk into after being out at the beach. Pool was very refreshing. Has sling chairs, ice cube trays and beach towels. The unit is part of Tierra Del Sol complex, so there is 24/7 security at the gate. Very friendly guys always with a smile and thumbs up. The grounds are very nice and lush. 5 mins from all the hotels and restaurants at Palm Beach. But peaceful and private. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay at the property—it’s in a great location and has plenty of space for a comfortable vacation. The pool area was a nice bonus, and the home was clean and well-kept upon arrival. One thing to note for future guests: the house does not come with a cooler, which can be helpful for beach days, so plan accordingly. Overall, a pleasant stay.

We stayed at the home for a week and felt comfortable the entire trip. The house had great air-con, clean, had all the basics with clean linens, extra towels, some toiletries to get you started. We felt the neighborhood was beautiful, very quiet and peaceful. The properties were well-maintained and the pool was clean and relaxing. The only thing we noticed was a slight odor when they were irrigating. I can only assume for water conservation they use grey water. We ate at the clubhouse one evening and it was a nice experience. The food was delicious. I would definitely suggest renting a car and checking out the island. Swim with the turtles Tres Trapi Beach or Baby Beach. There’s some decent snorkeling at Boca Catalina and we suggest visiting Bright Bakery. We noticed groceries were a bit on the expensive side compared to our local prices in the Midwest USA. We preferred shopping at Superfood Plaza or a local market rather than CMart. The host was very helpful and responsive.
