Cancellation Policy

Any reservations can be changed or canceled up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival day less bank charges.

Exceptions for bookings during Hi-Season Dates (arrival between December 17th and January 2nd), please contact us at least 15 days prior to arrival date. In such instances, the full amount of your Reservation Deposit will be refunded- less a two (2) night cancellation fee.

In the event of cancellations or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges.

Excelente custo benefício, AP completo com todos os itens necessários para se passar uns dias agradaveis. Localização central, de facil acesso a taxi, onibus, mercados, etc. A estrutura do Harbour House tbm é mto boa, piscina, academia, etc. Gostamos bastante.

El alojamiento es tal cual las fotos. Tiene seguridad, pileta con hermosa vista, al lado del puerto y cerca de todo. Un plus importantísimo es que en el Estacionamiento (descubierto para el departamento 424) hay una máquina de hielo, que nos salvó todos los días!
Con respecto a la unidad, es el tamaño justo para 2 personas.
Como algo a mejorar podrían ofrecer sillas de playa para los huespedes, ya que en algunas playas es muy útil.
Lo recomiendo 100% vamos a volver! 🙂

La ubicación y el studio es excelente, el edificio es muy completo. En la zona hay shopping, bares y supermercado.
Recomendaría que el studio tenga para los huéspedes una nevera, reposeras y sombrilla para poder llevar a la casa playa.

Excelente departamento para pasar unos días en Oranjestad, Aruba. Muy buena ubicación, prácticamente en el centro de la ciudad. Una zona muy segura para caminar por la noche. El personal del edificio muy amable siempre para atender nuestros pedidos. Las instalaciones de primera calidad y muy nuevas. La vista desde la terraza y donde está el gimnasio son increíbles. This location was perfect! It was in the heart of the city with beautiful views, an awesome pool deck, and lots to do nearby. Almost everything is walkable and many of the excursions pick up from this location. That said, with so many excursions offering pickup (if they are close by), you may not need to rent a car. Also, the front desk is super friendly and accommodating. They arranged a taxi for me (before I knew that ABC tours would pick me up). It is very safe - you need your assigned pin to go up and down the elevator.
One thing to note is that the GPS will bring you to the right spot, but it is on a one-way street and may be hard to read the Harbour House letters. Don’t pass it - you are definitely there. There is designated parking if you do decide to rent a vehicle.
All-in-all, a great spot! I would definitely rent from here again!

El dpto tiene todas los servicios que manifiesta, el hecho de que tenga lavadora y secadora prácticamente hizo que volvamos con toda la ropa limpia. Recomiendo si alquilan esto 3 mudas de ropa suficiente.
El departamento cuenta con todas las comodidades de una casa normal, y tiene una terraza con jacucci y gym, y tiene muy bellas vistas y se pueden tomar muy buenas fotografías
En el segundo piso está un bar y la piscina infinita muy bella y con vista
Tuvimos una modificacion en el vuelo que tuvimos que tener un día más de hospedaje y ellos estuvieron muy predispuestos a conseguirnos en otra habitación del predio en el caso que no pudiese, Pero por suerte si había disponibilidad en el mismo.
Cerca de bares y supermercados y diferentes negocios (solo que cierran temprano para nosotros)
Posee estacionamiento así que también recomendamos el alquiler de vehículo para ir a Palm Beach que es donde los bares duran un poco más.

Great location! The studio is perfect for a couple with great amenities. The pool and restaurant/bar on the second floor were our favorite because we really didn't have the leave the property. The staff and security guards were very helpful as well.

Our stay at BlueAruba Vaction Rentals was great! The space was clean and they provided everything we needed during visit. I think we did not realize the space was smaller than it looked in the photos but it ended up working out ok and we were very satisfied.

This was my first solo trip to Aruba & it was amazing ! From the check in , to the location , to all the staff i interacted with , it made a great trip ! Great area , with tons of local eats , i feel like the pictures just don’t do it the justice it deserves. It looks 10x better in person , I’d definitely come back and stay here again! Great place and wasn’t far anything. The bus stop was across the street and we used it majority of our stay here - so cheap and convenient that you really don’t need a car. The restaurant they had inside the building was also pretty solid!

Beautiful studio condo, beautiful infinity pool over looking the water. Let me not get started on the employees, I will never finish lol! Some of the sweetest people I have ever met, from the bartenders to the door man everyone made my stay feel very homey. Next time I come to Aruba this is where I will be staying

Very nice location downtown with secure parking. Right next to the cruise ship docks and downtown Oranjestad. A lot of shops and restaurants nearby. The only complaint is that the shops close around 6pm and a lot are closed on Sunday. Marketplace plaza has some really good restaurants and also the places along the pier are worth stopping for a quick and close meal.
The hotel was very clean and the people working there were always very helpful and friendly. Would not be afraid to recommend this place.
We found a car very helpful to go to some other beaches like eagle and palm but you can always take a cab or save some money and take the bus which is only a block away! However just be aware that they run until midnight and if you want to stay longer on the palm beach strip you will need to take a cab back.

Great place. No frills, and pretty small, but did not feel cramped with my girlfriend and me. Good water pressure, good tasting water right from the sink (all of Aruba). Close to the wind creek casino. Ocean view. Gym is nice too.

Trip was fantastic minus some hiccups. Hiccups included a cockroach coming inside our studio which probably came from the downstairs restaurant. Last Hiccup was during our 1st day when we returned from shopping our door was wide open, thankfully nothing was stolen. No issues beyond that, prime location and most things are walking distance.

Lugar increíble! El personal 24-7 muy activo, amable y dispuesto a ayudarte en lo que necesites, mi estancia fue por 10 días y me trataron increíble. El Dpto. La piscina, El Jacuzzi, gym etc todo muy impecable.
Nota: Añadir también que cuentan con el mejor restaurante de aruba a mi parecer. El Lima Bistro! Increíbles todo todo.

Ótimo custo benefício, o quarto nos atendeu muito bem. limpeza impecável, ótima localização.
o diferencial foi ter máquina de lavar e secar roupas, o que nos ajudou bastante a não guardar roupas sujas ou molhadas. todos os funcionários do condomínio foram muito simpaticos e atenciosos.
Com certeza recomendo e me hospedarei novamente quando voltar.

Great place to stay! Looks just as described in pictures. Food, souvenir shops, and casinos all within 10 minutes walking. Beach and clubs only 10 min taxi drive (about $10-15 USD one way.) Reviews mentioned a nearby night club being noisy, but the area felt quiet at night; if you like that, great, if you want to be walking distance to nightlife, a different area may be more ideal. Very satisfied overall!

El lugar estaba limpio, ideal para estar en pareja, la ubicación es buena por que básicamente está como en la zona central, si van a viajar lo idea es rentar un vehículo para recorrerse la isla, este sitio cuenta con parqueadero, los vigilantes son muy amables, la comida del bar es buena, tiene toda la dotación, en general lo recomiendo.

Our stay at Aruba Blue was excellent. The apartment is central to all the activities downtown and after you learn that everything is within walking distance you will think twice before calling a cab. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay in a beautiful unit and the area was super convenient. Condo was better than expected. Super secure (security 24/7), washer/dryer in unit, there was a bar and grill on the 2nd floor and a very classy bistro downstairs. Once you consider the pool/jacuzzi and gym, you don't ever really need to leave the building. Building staff was very friendly and helpful, front desk staff was super accommodating and you can't beat the location. Only took a taxi to and from the airport which is only a 10min ride away. Owner's dining recommendations were spot-on. Will definitely book again.
