Cancellation Policy

Any reservations can be changed or canceled up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival day less bank charges.

Exceptions for bookings during Hi-Season Dates (arrival between December 17th and January 2nd), please contact us at least 15 days prior to arrival date. In such instances, the full amount of your Reservation Deposit will be refunded- less a two (2) night cancellation fee.

In the event of cancellations or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges.

We had such a wonderful time in Aruba. The property was awesome. Location was great for getting around, close to the local bus line. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Loved the pool area, the 4th floor deck, the people working at the property. They were helpful, friendly, wonderful. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. If you're on the fence, just book it! I want to go back. Thank you for a great vacation!!!

The value was incredible. Everything was very clean and well maintenaned. The pool was amazing. Fitness center was certainly limited in terms of equipment but what they did have was very nice.
Only hiccup during the entire stay was getting a solid address for the location.
Although I tried to verify it prior to arriving, because I felt it was vague, I couldn't get a better answer and assumed the local taxi at the airport would understand. Unfortunately that was bit the case.
The location I satyed at is known as the Harbour House-but that was not part of the description or address given. Luckily my driver was patient and deterined to help. I had to drop a pin on the location using Google Maps for us to get an answer (Harbour House).
Everything else was smooth sailing and an absolute dream. Highly likely to stay here again next time.

I recently stayed at this Airbnb in Aruba, and it was an outstanding experience. The space is much larger than the photos suggest and looks even better in person. A nice surprise was the microwave and iron with ironing board, which weren’t mentioned in the description. The walk-in closet was very spacious, and the overall layout was incredibly comfortable. The location is ideal not far from the airport and with easy access to everywhere you want to go. Taxis are easy to find, and the staff is both helpful and friendly. The building features an amazing pool and an even more spectacular rooftop, perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset. The rooftop gym, with its stunning views, was the best gym experience I’ve ever had. Having stayed at all-inclusive resorts in Aruba before, I can confidently say this Airbnb offered a much more private and valuable experience. I’ll definitely book this place again on my next visit to Aruba!
