Cancellation Policy

Any reservations can be changed or canceled up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival day less bank charges.

Exceptions for bookings during Hi-Season Dates (arrival between December 17th and January 2nd), please contact us at least 15 days prior to arrival date. In such instances, the full amount of your Reservation Deposit will be refunded- less a two (2) night cancellation fee.

In the event of cancellations or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges.

I wanted to start by saying, there is a security officer who works on the afternoon/evenings(he has a shaved head), what an asset he is to your property. After my first interaction, he remembered me and would buzz me in to park and already knew I was coming down the street. He pays attention to detail.
Every morning, the cleaning staff were singing and laughing while doing their jobs. It is really awesome to see people enjoying what they do. Everyone in the facility was friendly and accomodating. We had a plumbing mishap in the kitchen and within minutes the problem was rectified. All Amazing.
Harbour House is centrally located in Aruba near the cruise port. The room was perfect, the shower (water pressure/temp) was perfect and it felt like you were in your home away from home on vacation. Happy Hour is 3-5, 1/2 price drinks at the pool. Everything you could want to do is so easy, especially if you have a vehicle. Harbour House gets 5 stars from me. Check out Lima Bistro, 5 stars!
