Cancellation Policy

Any reservations can be changed or canceled up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival day less bank charges.

Exceptions for bookings during Hi-Season Dates (arrival between December 17th and January 2nd), please contact us at least 15 days prior to arrival date. In such instances, the full amount of your Reservation Deposit will be refunded- less a two (2) night cancellation fee.

In the event of cancellations or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges.

Highly recommend this Airbnb. It’s near almost everything downtown and walkable to the Marketplace and other stores. Everyone there was so welcoming and friendly. I loved the pool area and the hot tub area was also nice. They have a fitness room as well! We went during the carnival weekend and it was the perfect location, they shut down the roads for it so we didn’t need any taxi to enjoy it, it was literally right outside our airbnb.

Great location right near the cruise port and mall, easy check in and easy to walk around, nice pool area, we stayed here for a couple nights before heading to Palm Beach for a week, would definitely consider staying here longer

Loved my stay here. Right next to the cruise dock, so lots of stores around that are walking distance. Even walked to the luxury mall. Easy place to find. The place was super clean. The staff was polite and they had their own parking lot which is a plus. Highly recommend

I rely heavily on reviews when making travel decisions, so I want to be very honest to hopefully help someone in the future!
We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The studio was very clean and spacious, with the bathroom, kitchen, and bed in separate areas, plus a balcony. Harbor House is beautiful, central to Oranjestad, and has a rooftop pool, hot tub, and gym. There are plenty of restaurants connected, and the staff were kind and helpful, they even let us check in early, which made our arrival so much easier. The front desk also provides free beach chairs and a cooler, which was a huge bonus. The only downside was not being able to get fresh bath towels after our 4th day, but staff kindly gave us beach towels instead. Everywhere we visited was 10–15 minutes away, with Baby Beach about 20 minutes. Overall, my fiancé and I loved our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Aruba!
