As soon as you enter our home, you will be greeted by beautiful modern beach finishes and a spacious living area that is perfect for family gatherings. Our house boasts 4 beautifully designed bedrooms, including a master suite with a walk in closet, king size bed and a unique master bath with one indoor shower and two adjacent outdoor showers. Each of the three guest rooms has its own TV, private bathroom with shower and hairdryer and ample closet space, ensuring that everyone in your group can enjoy their own private space. The 3000 sq ft penthouse interior also features one fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances, a large open living area, a separate large family room with a 72 inch big screen TV and floor to ceiling windows throughout the apartment with spectacular ocean views on 3 sides This apartment can sleep up to 8 people. This property also has Wi-Fi and renter-controlled audio through out the penthouse.

One of the highlights of our home is the spectacular 4000 sq ft roof top terrace with amazing ocean views where you can relax, play your own music on the new, multi speaker audio system and soak up the Caribbean sunshine and amazing sunsets in one of several luxury seating areas that includes a beautiful fire pit for evening enjoyment. Or, you can enjoy a cocktail in your large outside wet bar next to the beautiful bbq and outdoor dining area that are all in a covered portion of the terrace. Simply put, this newly-available penthouse is one of the most spectacular apartments on the entire Island!

Our home is located in Aruba's Downtown area. Here, you'll be just a short drive or walk away from some of the Caribbean’s most beautiful beaches, as well as a wide range of restaurants, bars, casinos and shops.

Cancellation Policy

Any reservations can be changed or canceled up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival day less bank charges.

Exceptions for bookings during Hi-Season Dates (arrival between December 17th and January 2nd), please contact us at least 15 days prior to arrival date. In such instances, the full amount of your Reservation Deposit will be refunded- less a two (2) night cancellation fee.

In the event of cancellations or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges.

Just Amazing!

The description does not do this penthouse justice. I'm sitting on the 4000 square foot deck (three seating areas) as I write this, enjoying a cold drink (thanks to nearby outdoor refrigerator and wine fridge) and debating whether to grill a steak tonight (outdoor kitchen) or head to Lima Bistro one of the finest Aruba restaurants, located in the building. The interior and exterior of the penthouse have stunning views of the harbor and downtown. Inside, modern amenities make staying here very comfortable. An open living room, dining room, kitchen space makes gathering with family and friends easy and comfortable. Additional seating outside the four bedrooms is good for games or quiet time. It is immaculately kept and fully equipped. Hope to come back soon!

Amazing Apartment!

All I can say is this apartment made my last vacation to Aruba one of the best of my life. I frequently travel to Aruba and have stayed in some of the various hotels on the island. I decided to step out of the box and rent a place since we had some friends who were traveling around the same time. At an extremely reasonable price, this penthouse apartment in the Harbor House is nothing short of luxurious. It is extremely well decorated and was absolutely spotless when we arrived. Fresh linens on all the beds, a great sound system, and reliable wifi were all provided. The outdoor patio and bar was amazing, we barely left the condo the entire trip. The Harbor House is a great location right in the heart of downtown Aruba. Already planning my next trip!

Everything you could want & more!!!

From the views to the amenities (pool, gym, hot tub, bar, grill, deck etc) this penthouse has it all. Located right in the downtown-restaurants, shopping and outdoor adventures are in walking distance. The penthouse has breathtaking views, a gorgeous kitchen and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. I felt so comfortable and also safe!! I never wanted to leave.. just booked our second stay here!! Aruba Arriba!

Amazing views and perfect location

I had the pleasure of vacationing with some friends at this fantastic apartment. The apartment is amazing and the private rooftop deck is epic. We were able to easily walk to great restaurants and shopping, and even rented bikes one day to ride around the island. I literally can't think of a more ideal place if you are visiting Aruba. The apartment was like new—super clean with every amenity—and perfect for a large group. The rooms are well appointed—each with a private bath and great view. The beds were super comfortable and I could have sat on the rooftop deck staring at the ocean for days. Truly ideal spot. I cannot wait to go back!

The perfect getaway!

This is follow-up to a review I previously left. I'd be remiss if I didn't highlight the remarkable features of the outdoor terrace which overlooks the beautiful island. There's a huge bar, fireplace, grill, music sound system and plenty of chairs making it the perfect place to relax, unwind and soak up the views and skyline. There's also a hot tub and a gym on the other side of the penthouse deck. Located on the second floor is an outdoor pool right across from a bar where you can get amazing cocktails, food and snacks. This place is a must-visit for anyone looking for the perfect getaway!

Heaven & paradise mixed together!

This is by far the most luxurious penthouse I've ever been in and everything anyone can ask for. The interior decor is aesthetically pleasing and the views from the outdoor deck are breathtaking, mesmerizing and overlooks the beautiful island of Aruba. The people are beyond friendly and welcoming and there are so many amazing restaurants with delicious food within walking distance of the penthouse. Eagle beach & Palm beach are the main beaches on the island—both are gorgeous places to relax, enjoy a cold beverage, bath in the sun and watch the waves from the ocean. Simply put, this is paradise! It is the perfect getaway for anyone looking to soak up some sun, bask in good food & culture, decompress and enjoy great captivating views of nature.

Penthouse Condo

The Penthouse condo has everything for a large group. Has four bedrooms and lots of living space. Great views in all directions due to floor to ceiling windows. Beautiful furnishings and a full kitchen. The outdoor space is spectacular. Bar, grill, fire pit, many seating options. Views in every direction. Incredible. A perfect vacation

The luxury penthouse was everything we could have hoped for. The space was amazing, the view was spectacular. There's a lot to do within walking distance - restaurants, beaches, etc. The pool is amazing. The deck with a built in fire pit is perfect for nighttime relaxation.
