Cancellation Policy Cancellation Policy

Any reservations can be changed or canceled up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival day less bank charges.

Exceptions for bookings during Hi-Season Dates (arrival between December 17th and January 2nd), please contact us at least 15 days prior to arrival date. In such instances, the full amount of your Reservation Deposit will be refunded- less a two (2) night cancellation fee.

In the event of cancellations or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges.

Phenomenal condo with top notch accommodations. The place was absolutely pristine and beautiful, and the location was unbeatable. Right in town close to everything with spectacular views of the ocean and marina. This is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed in globally. The condo is spacious and comfortable in every way. The huge patio spanning the entire length of the condo was just awesome. Each of the bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and spacious along with the kitchen and living room. There’s absolutely nothing negative we could share about our experience. This place is awesome! Can’t wait to visit again.

This place is stunning! Waking up to the sunrise and views of the sparkling sea was amazing. The location is right downtown and very walkable to lots of restaurants and shopping. The unit is gorgeous - we stayed two days and I wish I had more time there - it would have been great to eat meals there and spend more time on the deck. Shared pool area was nice, as well. Overall accommodations are everything that you need. We loved it so much we opted to book another trip for next year before we checked out.
Only point of frustration is that we had to wait until almost 6PM to access the unit as it was not ready - the manager on site was very apologetic and I felt bad for her, as well, as she was scheduled to leave early that day with it being Christmas. We were given complimentary pina coladas for the wait - which was appreciated.
Also, note there is no immediate beach access. You are at the marina and there are cruise ships coming in and out daily. Beaches are near - Palm and Eagle.

We had an amazing stay at Blue Aruba Rental! The location, location, location could not be better — right in downtown and just minutes from all the major attractions, great restaurants, shopping, and beaches. Waking up to the beautiful sea view every morning was truly unforgettable.

Overall, they delivered exactly what they advertised. They were very quick to address issues, and the housekeeping staff showed up expeditiously. The home was beautiful, and the area is perfect. There are tons of amenities, and everyone is friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.
