Cancellation Policy

Any reservations can be changed or canceled up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival day less bank charges.

Exceptions for bookings during Hi-Season Dates (arrival between December 17th and January 2nd), please contact us at least 15 days prior to arrival date. In such instances, the full amount of your Reservation Deposit will be refunded- less a two (2) night cancellation fee.

In the event of cancellations or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges.

We loved staying here! The condo was in a great location and the building and surrounding area had fantastic restaurants. The area was very safe and walkable, while the beach was just a quick taxi away. The staff were more than accommodating - we couldn’t have asked for better service. Overall we felt right at home and would stay here for a quick weekend getaway in the future!

Excelente complejo, muy complejo, cómodo, amplio, tranquilo y todos muy amables. Coincide tal cual como las fotos. Cuenta con extras no necesarios: juegos, condimentos de cocina, artículos de playa. Wifi con excelente funcionamiento. Lo unico a tener en cuenta es que los días que llegan cruceros, es más lenta la llegada al lugar. Pero la ubicación es excelente!

Very nice building with lots to do! It was super easy to check in and get around. It’s next to the cruise ship port but even then there wasn’t any noises. Close to shopping and lots of restaurants if you don’t want to move too far away.

This apartment was exactly as advertised. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully arranged—from the comfy bed to the beach gear provided. We spent our days exploring the island's beaches and our evenings relaxing in the quiet comfort of the apartment. It felt like a home away from home, in the downtown area, loved being close to casinos and restaurants as well.
