The main living area is a bohemian-chic, sanctuary with porcelain tile floors and modern rustic furniture.This stylish, living space boasts a hip bohemian color palette. Modern wallpaper adorn the walls. A comfortable sofa, an armchair invite you to hangout with your latest magazine copy or stream your favorite shows or movies on the Smart TV.
The living room has access to a private balcony where you can experience the downtown ambiance from a distance.
Kitchen/Dining:
The modern chic & fun fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for your quick bite or even a full cooked meal!
Stainless steel appliances include a side by side door fridge with an ice maker, an oven, a microwave, and a built-in dishwasher. The kitchen has a vented, four-burner stove and includes a coffee bar to prepare your favorite coffee style like a barista.

Prepare a fully cooked meal after a long day at the beach. Store your provisions in abundant custom cabinetry. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, cookware, utensils, cutlery, dishware, glassware, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a blender, a chef’s caliber knife block, and more. Whether whipping up a simple breakfast, a quick snack, or a complete dinner, you’ll feel at ease in this kitchen.
Situated between the kitchen and living room is a modern dining table with modern seating for six. This dining area has window views of downtown area.

Bedrooms/Baths:
This modern condo has one king bedroom, one queen bedroom and a children’s bedroom with a bunkbed. The master bedroom includes wardrobe, a sofa where you can do some late night reading and a work desk to do some planning before heading out The condo includes 3 full bathrooms. Every bedroom has tile floors, central AC, luxurious mattresses, and hotel grade bedding.
The bathrooms offer a modern vessel-sink vanity and a walk-in, glass door shower with a rain showerhead. All three bathrooms have plush bath towels, toiletries, and hair dryers. The master bath has a double sink.

Outdoor Amenities:
Visitors can make use of all amenities at Harbour House. Splash into the elevated pool overlooking the marina for a morning dip or just lounge around the pool and bask in the sun. The pool will delight families, children, the very young, and the young at heart.
Have some lunch or a refreshing drink around the pool. Need to get some exercise done? Go upstairs to the top floor and use the fully equipped fitness centre with a hot tub and a sundeck offering 360-degree views of the oceanfront surroundings. Stand atop the upper level and witness the Caribbean’s breathtaking views while enjoying the harbor's cruise ship energy. Need to get some work done? Harbour House offers a Co-Working Space to get this done.

Cancellation Policy

Any reservations can be changed or canceled up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival day less bank charges.

Exceptions for bookings during Hi-Season Dates (arrival between December 17th and January 2nd), please contact us at least 15 days prior to arrival date. In such instances, the full amount of your Reservation Deposit will be refunded- less a two (2) night cancellation fee.

In the event of cancellations or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges.

We had a slight incident. One of our guests chairs legs came loose and she fell while sitting down. I moved it to the desk area and put a note “loose leg”. Luckily she is ok. The shower in the twins bedroom has a slow drain. Other than that, it’s a beautiful place and we enjoyed everything about it and how you have it decorated, it felt like home. Hope to see you soon!

GORGEOUS condo

We really enjoyed our stay at this GORGEOUS condo and we did not want to leave!!! The owners did such a wonderful job providing us with all we needed and more within the condo, and the staff in the building were all so helpful and welcoming that it truly felt like we were home. The condo came with outstanding amenities such as the AMAZING infinity pool, hot tubs, rooftop bar, and gym ALL overlooking the ocean. Along with all of this, the condo is perfectly located in the center of everything, walking distance to countless restaurants, bars, shops and more. We truly do not think we would've had such an amazing trip if we had stayed elsewhere. Whenever possible, we will definitely be going back here when we visit Aruba, which is hopefully soon!!!

Wonderful Stay

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful and centrally located condo. The decor is fun and inviting. The owners provided all the comforts of home and everything needed to enjoy the beach and pool. The building has wonderful amenities along with attentive staff and security. We will be back!

AMAZING condo
