Cancellation Policy

Any reservations can be changed or canceled up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival day less bank charges.

Exceptions for bookings during Hi-Season Dates (arrival between December 17th and January 2nd), please contact us at least 15 days prior to arrival date. In such instances, the full amount of your Reservation Deposit will be refunded- less a two (2) night cancellation fee.

In the event of cancellations or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges.

El depto es muy cómodo y tiene todo lo que necesitas. la ubicación céntrica es ideal para ir caminando a la noche a los restaurantes y con el auto nos movimos y conocimos todas las playas. Estábamos con dos niños y no nos dimos cuenta que eran dos camas grandes (las fotos indicaban exactamente la disposición así que tendríamos que haber prestado más atención). Pero el host lo resolvió muy amablemente poniendo una cama extra para nuestra hija así podían dormir separados y más seguro. gracias!

We couldn’t have picked a better location right in downtown for ease of access via both walking and driving. It was convenient that the condominium had a parking lot under the building as we had rented a car as well. The front desk associates were always kind and hospitable, and happy to give us great recommendations when asked. Overall, loved the stay, and may even return.

It’s a really nice place to stay. The location was perfect — right in downtown Oranjestad, close to everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and having a parking lot available made everything even easier. I would definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at this Airbnb and couldn’t be happier! From the moment I arrived, everything was flawless.
The space was immaculate—no dust, stains, or clutter. It felt fresh and well-maintained, which made settling in instantly comfortable.
The listing is 100% accurate! The decor, layout, and amenities matched the pictures perfectly. No surprises (except pleasant ones!).

I loved my stay at Harbour House. It was in the perfect location, and our room was very clean. The hotel staff and security were very friendly, and they made the place feel very safe. I’d highly recommend Harbour House for any future tourist! There’s a lot to do in Oranjestad.
