Cancellation Policy

Any reservations can be changed or canceled up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival day less bank charges.

Exceptions for bookings during Hi-Season Dates (arrival between December 17th and January 2nd), please contact us at least 15 days prior to arrival date. In such instances, the full amount of your Reservation Deposit will be refunded- less a two (2) night cancellation fee.

In the event of cancellations or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges.

Great condo with everything needed to pass a wonderful stay in Aruba. central location and can watch the cruise ships arrive and leave. Very clean and easy to check in. Security always in lobby if you have any questions. Free parking in building highly recommend!!

El apartamento cumplió y superó nuestras expectativas. Lindo, cómodo, bien ubicado, la piscina y jacuzzi son una delicia después de un dia de playa. El sector es muy seguro y tranqiilo para transitar de noche, con restaurantes cercanos. Es frente al muelle donde llegan los cruceros asi que hay mucho movimiento. Totalmente recomendado

We had a wonderful stay in Aruba! The Airbnb was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location was perfect, close to beaches, restaurants, and everything we wanted to explore on the island.
The host was very responsive and welcoming, making the check-in process smooth and easy. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches around the home that made our stay even more enjoyable.
The space was perfect for our family, and we felt safe and relaxed throughout the entire trip. Aruba is a beautiful destination, and staying here made the experience even better.
We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Aruba and would happily stay here again on our next trip!
