Cancellation Policy

Any reservations can be changed or canceled up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival day less bank charges.

Exceptions for bookings during Hi-Season Dates (arrival between December 17th and January 2nd), please contact us at least 15 days prior to arrival date. In such instances, the full amount of your Reservation Deposit will be refunded- less a two (2) night cancellation fee.

In the event of cancellations or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges.

Mi estancia fue muy placentera, el lugar cuenta con estacionamiento privado, el personal es amable y hablan varios idiomas por lo que la comunicación fue fluida, el departamento estaba limpio y en excelentes condiciones, te dan toallas para baño y piscina, tiene cooler y sillas para playa lo cual es indispensable, como recomendación seria incluir una sombrilla, con eso sería 10 de 10, solo hubo un detalle, el dia que llegue tuve que esperar 1 hora aproximadamente para ingresar al departamento porque estaban haciendo la limpieza; sin embargo, la administración se encargo de compensar la situación sirviéndonos bebidas y bocaditos, a excepción de ese pequeño detalle todo esto muy bien, sin duda si algún dia regreso a Aruba me volvería hospedar en el mismo lugar.

Location is very nice. Nevertheless as my I first time in Aruba, glad I had a car to explore the island. The free parking is fantastic. Place has a pool, bar, and restaurant. Plenty of great restaurants in same building especially the Peruvian one.
The condo itself has everything you need. Plenty of towels. Kitchen well stocked with plates utensils and cooking equipment. Even had a cooler to take to beach.
