Cancellation Policy

Any reservations can be changed or canceled up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival day less bank charges.

Exceptions for bookings during Hi-Season Dates (arrival between December 17th and January 2nd), please contact us at least 15 days prior to arrival date. In such instances, the full amount of your Reservation Deposit will be refunded- less a two (2) night cancellation fee.

In the event of cancellations or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges.

My husband and I have stayed at the harbor house a few times before and we always love it! This unit has a beautiful view, includes beach essentials, and was clean and cozy. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful to us! I would stay here again!

Awesome Stay

The place was clean and honestly the photos don't do it justice. It is an apartment building set up where the front desk was very easy to reach, there is a gym in place, a beautiful pool and a jacuzzi that we didn't use but nice to have. The apartment had everything we needed from kitchen stuff to bathroom and was well equipped with beach towels and beach chairs. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant near the pool is great too. The apartment location is on the port and we can see all the cruise ships coming but it never bothered us and never felt crowded. It has a lot of restaurants and stores within walkable distance.

Great place

Great place to stay in Aruba. Near downtown Oranjestad. George’s condo had everything we needed. Great view of the pool and harbor.

Gem in Aruba!

It was very clean, everything needed & more! We 2 gals always felt safe, day or night, even when leaving the property. Great location & easy to walk to shops, dining, etc. The photos & description are accurate. On site staff-excellent! Pool-wonderful! It was very quiet w/in our unit & no sounds from other apts either. The patio & view? Wow! I was concerned that the cruises ships might block the ocean vista. But not so, there was minimal obstruction & at night... the lights across the harbor were stunning, too. This unit even had portable beach chairs & a cooler for us to use. Nothing could have been better. The staff was so pleasant & helpful. And Juan, in the lounge was helpful w/sharing island info. Loved all of it so much! Book this unit & be respectful of it, it's a gem.
