Cancellation Policy

Any reservations can be changed or canceled up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival day less bank charges.

Exceptions for bookings during Hi-Season Dates (arrival between December 17th and January 2nd), please contact us at least 15 days prior to arrival date. In such instances, the full amount of your Reservation Deposit will be refunded- less a two (2) night cancellation fee.

In the event of cancellations or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges.

Harbour House exceeded all of our expectations! The location is absolutely perfect—we never needed a car because restaurants, shopping, and the waterfront were all within walking distance. The property was spotless, our room had beautiful waterfront views, and the rooftop views were simply breathtaking. Waking up each morning and seeing the harbor was a highlight of our trip. A special shout-out to Carmelo from security, who was always friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making us feel safe and at home throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a clean, modern property with incredible views and an unbeatable location in Aruba, Harbour House is the place to stay. We would definitely stay here again!
