Cancellation Policy

Any reservations can be changed or canceled up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival day less bank charges.

Exceptions for bookings during Hi-Season Dates (arrival between December 17th and January 2nd), please contact us at least 15 days prior to arrival date. In such instances, the full amount of your Reservation Deposit will be refunded- less a two (2) night cancellation fee.

In the event of cancellations or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges.

I’ve stayed at this complex many times over the years and have always enjoyed my stay. The location is super convenient and walkable. Loads of dining options right up the block and the mall is right there if you want to blow some cash lol. The unit was perfect and exactly as described.

What a gem!The location was easy to find, located right by the cruise terminal accessible for all modes of transportation, parking for rentals, and bus stops nearby. Located in the downtown area, walkable to the market & eateries and views from 7th floor was simply gorgeous. Convenient restaurant & bar on-site with room service option. Pool gym & hot tub on the roof was a nice addition. The maintenance staff replaced the broken phone immediately. The 24hr security team was awesome. The staff was great. Shout out to the barteders keep the Bob Marleys coming! We would definitely return to the Harbour House;)
