Cancellation Policy

Any reservations can be changed or canceled up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival day less bank charges.

Exceptions for bookings during Hi-Season Dates (arrival between December 17th and January 2nd), please contact us at least 15 days prior to arrival date. In such instances, the full amount of your Reservation Deposit will be refunded- less a two (2) night cancellation fee.

In the event of cancellations or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges.

Great location, views and very responsive. Lots of restaurants and stores all within a few minutes. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Would recommend and will stay there on next trip to Aruba

Loved the pool which had an amazing view, and there is a Restaurant/Bar right next to it which we didn't know about and was such a bonus ! There are 4 amazing places to eat 1 floor down at street level, which was super convenient. On site staff is all super-friendly and helpful. The unit itself was clean/modern and well supplied, but could have used a few hooks for wet towels and a full length mirror somewhere for my wife. We were pleasantly surprised how a view of the Cruise ships added to our fun, watching them come & go most days. Met all expectations and was a great experience overall !!

10/10 this is one of my fav air bnbs ever
its spacious...breath taking views ,big tvs,big kitchen, living room ,amazing pool,jacuzzi,restaurant ,communication,towels,warm water always absolutely love it and if i come back to aruba will come to this location

We enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly and helpful.
