Cancellation Policy

Any reservations can be changed or canceled up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival day less bank charges.

Exceptions for bookings during Hi-Season Dates (arrival between December 17th and January 2nd), please contact us at least 15 days prior to arrival date. In such instances, the full amount of your Reservation Deposit will be refunded- less a two (2) night cancellation fee.

In the event of cancellations or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges.

The condo was beautiful and exactly like it's pictured and described. Check in was easy and the Harbour House staff is amazing. The location is great for restaurants and shopping in downtown. We received suggestions for activities and other info regularly.
While we loved our stay and would stay again in the future, there are a few things to be considered (This may or may not matter to you, but worth mentioning): The 2nd bedroom has two small windows facing the hallway. They are high up, so no issues with privacy, but the shades are very thin and allow the hallway light just outside of the window to shine through them. If you need complete darkness, this room isn't very dark at night. The King bed in the same room is also VERY firm. We slept okay on it, but worth noting for those that can't sleep on extra firm mattresses.
Overall, everything was great- they had masks and snorkels, coolers, beach towels, etc. It's a very nicely equipped condo with very responsive owners.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The condo was beautiful, clean, roomy, and had everything we needed including a big patio with furniture to hang out on and a washer and dryer. From check-in to check-out the staff at the condo was super duper helpful and kind. The parking lot right at the entrance made our lives so much easier. The access to the big pool and hot tubs and big open space on the roof with amazing views was great. You can see the sunrise AND sunset from there. Amazing stay and def will look into it again next time in Aruba :)
