Cancellation Policy

Any reservations can be changed or canceled up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival day less bank charges.

Exceptions for bookings during Hi-Season Dates (arrival between December 17th and January 2nd), please contact us at least 15 days prior to arrival date. In such instances, the full amount of your Reservation Deposit will be refunded- less a two (2) night cancellation fee.

In the event of cancellations or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges.

Very nice and pleasant day this was recently redone and you could tell the kitchen was well stocked with stuff to prepare meals at home if you want. It’s a short drive to the natural bridge in a unique part of the island night time is very quiet and peaceful. Management is very responsive Although we didn’t need anything but they checked in in case we did. Fast internet which is a big plus for me. Everything was as described and we are looking forward to coming back next year definitely would lease this place again.

A fabulous first time

First time to Aruba! The home truly is open concept and one level. Easily accessible for anyone. Cooking is easy in a beautiful kitchen and you can see many things in one day as location is perfect. Noise is minimal and view is lovely morning and night. Can't wait to return to this well maintained property

Lovely

Stayed for a week in November. Beautiful home close to beaches, town, shopping, restaurants yet private and quiet. Pool area is clean and a beautiful private bedroom outside by pool area for someone that wishes extra privacy! Information for places to eat are available. Beautifully decorated. Fully equipped kitchen. What more could you want? Fabulous

Vacation

We stayed here in January 2025. It is a beautiful villa with views of the back side of the island as you sit and enjoy your morning coffee. It is a quiet neighborhood and a short drive to the beaches. The villa had been freshly painted and has all the comforts of home. Loved having our own pool and covered outdoor area. All of the bedrooms are spacious and the kitchen is very nice. Dining and living room had plenty of space. We would reserve here again.

Villa

We stayed at this Villa for a week with 3 children and 3 adults. Very impressed with the cleanliness, location and accuracy of the description. The kitchen had everything that you could possibly need to cook. It is an amazing home, freshly painted and an amazing view of the back side of the Island. Nearby is the Ayo Rock Formations, Natural Bridge, Gold Mine Ruins, Studio Murano Glass Blowing, and the Ostrich Farm which the kids enjoyed. There is everything that you need for the beach, chairs, coolers and beach towels. We definitely would stay again!!!

You won’t be disappointed!!

Truly, a home away from home. Stylish, private, yet close to beaches. If you want to relax for the evening at home, you have all the amenities there for you and if you want a night out on the town, it’s just a short drive away. Head to Murano’s ‘s to watch some glass blowing demonstrations and pick up your own unique piece as well as have a fantastic lunch just a short ways down the road. Ostrich farm likewise is close by for unique experience. Definitely a gem on the beautiful island of Aruba!
