Incredible unobstructed sunset view. Two blocks from grocery store and beach. Cooler, beach chairs and towels were very convenient to have! I would definitely stay here again.

The view of the ocean is exactly what is photographed. We loved this place and would absolutely stay again! The host was great and we had everything we needed. Walk right out to an amazing beach with white sand. There is some construction going on surrounding, but that didn’t bother us at all. Beautiful new building with great gym, pool, etc. Highly recommended!

My family loved the property! The view of Eagle Beach was amazing. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bedrooms were lovely and spacious, bathrooms immaculately clean, and the washer and dryer were such a convenience. Beach chairs and floaters for the kids were very much appreciated. The property has a community pool and hot tub available which we very much enjoyed. I highly recommend this property if you are wanting to visit Aruba and feel at home. Very pleased!

Honestly, this place is the best kept secret. It is super private but located next to a resort that has nightly music and happy hr. You are a minutes walk to the beach, the walking path, superfoods, and restaurants. You can walk to palm beach or take a bus. We liked eagle beach better though because it seemed more open. We did rent a scooter because we really wanted to see the island and explore and do non touristy stuff. All in all, one of new favorite destinations. We will definitely book again at 360 and hopefully bring family. Oh and the staff was the very best! If you want tour we recommend ABC tour with a UTV. Book a week or tow you will not regret a minute 🙁❤️

Our Christmas stay at Atlantic 360 was wonderful. Every staff member was incredibly kind and helpful. The accommodations were clean and modern. The view from our fifth floor balcony was amazing. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location for easy walk to Eagle Beach, local restaurants, and a huge (and very busy) grocery store. The views from the condo were beautiful, and had plenty of space for 4 adults. Having a washer/dryer in the condo was very helpful. We would highly recommend it, and hope to return for another visit soon!

Esplêndida nossa hospedagem. Apartamento lindo, novo e com uma vista sensacional de todos os ambientes. Condomínio muito bom também. Excelente localização próximo de um grande supermercado. Ótima anfitriã, sempre nos atendeu prontamente e resolveu tudo o que foi solicitado. Não costumamos repetir viagens, mas agora estamos seriamente tentados a voltar e ficar no mesmo lugar. The place was great - exactly as described. Being able to sit on the patio and drink coffee while staring at the ocean was incredible. Great beach chairs, cooler and floaties also made the beach days so lovely! Highly recommend!

This apartment was very new and clean. The view was amazing! Comfortable beds and loved having beach charis and a cooler too. Mariella in the office was great and very helpful. Pool area was great. We would not hesitate to book this place again.

El departamento tiene una ubicación fabulosa!! Está ubicado a 50 mt de la playa más linda de Aruba ! Eagle beach ! Queda cerca del centro en Palm Beach ! Todo cerca ! El mejor supermercado a 50mt! Las fotos son tal cual! Es súper cómodo ! Las habitaciones son con vista al mar y muy confortables! El living con un sofá cómodisimo y con balcón con vista al mar ! Está equipado con todo lo necesario y más. Tiene lavarropas y secarropas espectacular , banquetas y sillones para la playa, y todo lo necesario y más para que tu estadía sea maravillosa!! Quería agradecer a todo el equipo de Atlantic 360 por la amabilidad y siempre estar bien predispuestos para todo y con indicaciones súper útiles! Gracias y volvería seguro y sin dudar !!

Blue Aruba staff

We had a wonderful stay and would go back in a heartbeat. Marielvia communicated with us throughout our stay and the staff at the building was always friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, just steps from Eagle Beach, and the view truly is spectacular. The condo is spacious, but the furnishings are a bit sparse, especially if you stay with four people. A dining table would have been nice. The place is well stocked with beach gear: chairs, floats, coolers, towels. We enjoyed the pool and the (cool) whirlpool. The best part was having a big balcony with glass surround to take in the gorgeous view. Having the grocery store in walking distance is so nice. We also went several times to the wonderful cheese shop just around the corner to buy croissants and other treats. We can also recommend happy hour at Amsterdam Manor and dinner at Passions on the beach. You could easily get by without a car when you stay here, since there is a bus stop in front of Amsterdam Manor.

Very beautiful apartment, exactly as shown in the photos. Very clean and well maintained. Breathtaking view with a stunning sunset every night. Everything is provided for the comfort of the guests (kitchen essentials, beach chairs, towels, cooler, etc.). The building is also very clean and secure, within walking distance of Eagle Beach, restaurants, and a large supermarket.
The host is very available and responsive. We had an excellent stay and highly recommend it.

Departamento amplio, espacioso, cómodo, con vista al mar, piscina e hidromasaje. El alojamiento nos ofreció sábanas, toallas, toallones de baño y para piscina, 5 reposeras, 2 conservadoras y dos inflables. La administradora se domicilia en el edificio así que siempre responde a las consultas. El complejo es una construcción nueva y cuenta con ascensor. Muy recomendable.

I can't say enough great things about my stay at Atlantic360. The location was perfect. It was in walking distance to everything. The beach was a 3min walk. The Super Food grocery store was a 6 minute walk. Many restaurants to choose from were all just a few steps away.
Workouts are important to me so I made great use of the gym and also took the 30min sunny but super cool and breezy walk to downtown for brunch.
The 2 bed 2 bath condo was perfect! The view of the ocean was even better in person than it was in the photos! The condo was new, extremely clean and so very comfortable.
Marielvia, our host, was the absolute BEST! She was extremely responsive and was so nice! She has such a great spirit! Made us feel right at home!
I really can not say enough great things about our stay and our host at Atlantic360. It was my first time in Aruba and it was the best way to spend my birthday! This was the first of, soon to be, many more visits to Aruba and stays at Atlantic360!

Upon arrival, Marielvia was communicative and open about letting us know if early check-in was available and in our case it wasn’t. No worries, she allowed us to leave our bags and go to the beach in which she supplied us with beach towels and chairs. Staff and security there were extremely friendly and accommodating. As far as the condo, it was exactly as described. We were located in W52 which had a perfect balcony view of the ocean with phenomenal sunsets every night. The place was also very clean and in a convenient location, about a 1 minute walk and you’re on the beach. Superfoods (the grocery store) was also within walking distance. The only downside and not one to hold against the host is that the water treatment plant close-by periodically wreaks of sewage. Other than that, our stay was phenomenal and well worth the money!

Our stay was amazing! The apartment has breathtaking ocean views from both the living room and the two bedrooms. It’s fully equipped with a dishwasher, washer, and dryer, which made everything super convenient. The beach is just a 2-minute walk away. Marielvia was always attentive and her responses were incredibly fast. Highly recommended!

The condo was perfect for our stay. The host Marielvia was very helpful and very friendly. Everything for the bathroom, kitchen and laundry was well stocked. The only thing we had an issue with is that we could not figure out how to work the stove and google was not much help. Maybe they could add some instructions for use. Tried several settings and it did not cook properly(sorry we are used to pressing a button, then temp and it cooks). The property is next to water sanitation plant, did not smell it often at the condo, more down towards eagle beach and up to palm beach. Great place, perfect half block walking distance to beach. Will definitely come back. Also, all of the staff on property were very friendly and helpful. Pool and hot tub are nice, but not heated.

Could use some additional patio furniture and maybe a small dining table. Maybe some more rental friendly plates/glasses (melamine). Would be nice to have coffee for the first day on hand. Couldn’t be any closer to the grocery store though. Great location.
