Condo was beautiful! We loved how each bedroom had their own bathroom/shower! One bedroom had access to the awesome balcony that overlooked the ocean. We spent a lot of time on the balcony. Condo was at a nice location…a little more quiet than the cluster of hotels about a mile or so away.

This condo at Atlantic 360 was very nice and had everything we needed. It was also very centrally located and within walking distance of Eagle Beach. The only suggestion we have is to put together a welcom packet that explains how to use the smart features of the home. We never did figure out the dishwasher. The oven is in Celcius which took us a bit to realize. The stove top was very difficult to figure out and you7 had to have the fan (located flat in the ceiling) on for it to work. The fan was run by a remote which was not explained. Again, the condo was excellent, we just could have used some guidance in how to operate things. Finding the exact position for the faucet to actually get hot water was also difficult. I would highly recomment the condo, but also some instructions left for future renters.

The stay at Atlantic 360 by BlueAruba truly felt like a home away from home! Don’t let the unpaved parking lot or roadway fool you—these units are brand new, modern, and beautifully designed. The space was perfect, spotless, and gave off major luxury vibes.
Marielvia, the host, was kind enough to accommodate my last-minute booking and remained very responsive throughout my stay. The views from the balcony were absolutely stunning, and I appreciated all the thoughtful touches inside the unit—like the beach chairs and cooler ready for a day at the beach.
After exploring Aruba, it was great to relax in the pool and jacuzzi downstairs. I also loved that there was a security guard on-site, which made me feel even more comfortable. The location couldn’t be better—just a few minutes’ walk to the beach, restaurants, and bars.
All in all, this stay exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Atlantic 360 by BlueAruba to anyone visiting Aruba!

We absolutely loved the Atlantic 360! Check-in was easy, there was security on-site all the time, Marielvia was wonderful - polite and super responsive!
We wanted to be right by the beach and this location had a gorgeous, ocean-facing, view and it was a 3 minute walk down to the beach where we would find a palapa and get cocktails from Passions beach bar. 5 minutes across the street to Super Foods for groceries.
The most beautiful beach I have ever seen.
The space was perfect; clean, comfortable (beds included!), and had all of the amenities we, as a family of five, needed.
The grounds and pool were incredibly clean as well despite some adjacent construction.
We absolutely would stay the Atlantic360 again!

This place truly is amazing. Beautiful view of the amazing water. We sat and had coffee in the morning. In the evening, there was a beautiful sunset which we were able to share some wine on the balcony. The place was the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed. The communication with the host was amazing. They truly are there to help if you need anything. I would definitely stay here again. It is extremely close to the grocery store. The beach is a very short walk.

If you’re heading to Aruba and prefer an apartment over an all-inclusive resort, this brand-new unit just one block from Eagle Beach is a dream. Everything was pristine, modern, and spotless. The location is ideal in walking distance to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, plus nearby restaurants, hotels, a grocery store, a charming cheese shop, and our favorite gelateria. As the landscaping matured and the parking is completely finished, this will be even more stunning. The apartment was extremely comfortable, with cozy beds, refreshing showers, and a fully equipped kitchen. We especially loved the balcony with its ocean view….perfect for morning coffee. Extras like six beach chairs, a cooler, and a private washer/dryer made everything easy.The local community was warm and generous. When I accidentally left my phone in a taxi, it was miraculously returned with the help of the property manager. Eagle Beach itself was stunning, with crystal-clear turquoise water and soft white sand. It’s truly the perfect spot to unwind. A flawless stay for our girls’ trip (there were 6 of us comfortably staying there). We wouldn’t change a thing!

Aruba and Eagle Beach were amazing. The condo is an easy walk to the beach, supermarket, and several restaurants. It’s also a close taxi ride to other restaurants and shops. We love the condo, which is very new and modern but comfortable. It has a spectacular view of the ocean and sunsets. We also appreciated how helpful our host was to requests and questions. Atlantic 360 was the absolute best! The condo was beautiful with high-end appliances, very comfy beds, and tasteful decor. It was immaculate. The ocean view from the condo was gorgeous! We stayed here for spring break with 5 adults and 3 kids. It was in a great location with a perfect view of Eagle beach from the patio. The unit was very clean and modern and incredibly spacious for our 3 families. The grocery store is conveniently located across the street and the beach is an easy walk. The host Marielvia was quick to respond to any questions I had. The only thing to note is the area sometimes has a sewage smell, this is not related to the property but just in the vicinity due to we think a waste management plant nearby. Great stay and highly recommend!

This was such an amazing AirBnB. It was very clean, staff was super helpful with local recommendations and for any of our needs. The Airbnb had all the things we needed for the beach (towels, beach chairs), and all the utensils needed for a fully functioning kitchen. The rooms and bathrooms were very spacious. We felt it was very private and safe in and around the Airbnb. This AirBnb was just STEPS away from eagle beach and a bar right on the beach! We would definitely stay here again.

We had absolutely fantastic stay at Atlantic360. The building is brand new and our condo had a spectacular view of the ocean. Since the building was brand new when we stayed, there was still a bit of landscaping to be done on the outer property. It’s absolutely not a problem. The place about a 3-5 minute walk to the beach depending on how fast you want to walk. There’s a fantastic grocery store called Superfood about a 10 minute walk as well. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots pans and utensils so if you want to cook meals and sit on the balcony to watch the sunset, you can. Plenty of A/C and the beds are super comfortable. I’d come back in a heart beat. The host Eduardo is a super friendly and chill dude. He makes everything easy. It’s just a 20 minute cab ride to and from the airport. This place is most definitely worth it.

Atlantic 360 is a brand new condo building just off Eagle Beach. The unit (A51) faces the ocean and is truly luxurious and pristine. We felt somewhat like beta testers because it appeared we were among the first guests to stay there (our taxi driver from the airport wasn’t familiar with it yet). Anyway, the building and ground have somewhat of a “still under construction” feel — the driveway and is unpacked and you have to walk down a dirt lane to get to the Main Street that takes you to the beach (only about 200 yards away) — but the unit itself is done and gorgeous, as is the lobby area on the ground floor. It appears the project is near completion and then other parts of the parcel will be built out. One of the best things about Atlantic 360 is proximity to Super Food grocery store — a fantastic resource for condo living. Also it is a short taxi ride to the hotel zone — you don’t need to rent a car. Finally, our contact, Eduardo, was fabulous — very responsive and super nice!
