Cancellation Policy

Any reservations can be changed or canceled up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival day less bank charges.

Exceptions for bookings during Hi-Season Dates (arrival between December 17th and January 2nd), please contact us at least 15 days prior to arrival date. In such instances, the full amount of your Reservation Deposit will be refunded- less a two (2) night cancellation fee.

In the event of cancellations or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges.

Great stay at the A360! The new condo looks great and has a gorgeous view (especially on sunsets). Check in instructions were very clear and accessing the condo was easy. Parking assigned was a great plus as well! Will gladly return and recommend to all!

This was our 2nd trip to Aruba for our family of 4 (two teens). Last year we stayed at the Eagle Aruba Resort. This time we selected Atlantic360 condo which has the similar short walks to the beach and the SuperFood grocery store. But Atlantic360 has so much more that made it worth the extra cost:
- two huge bedrooms with tons of closet space and King size beds with high quality linens - I slept so well!
- two bathrooms with showers
- thermostats in each bedroom and the living room, AC was excellent
- huge balcony with table and chairs and a great view of the ocean
- modern & bright well-equipped kitchen
- in-suite full size washer & dryer
The condo had 4 camping chairs + 1 kids chair, pool noodles and a cooler. No umbrella (understandable as these can easily break in Aruba's winds). Shade can be found from an unused palapa or trees. We rented low beach chairs & a Shibumi from travellightaruba.
Marielvia from Atlantic360 provided excellent instructions and was very responsive.

It’s not often you walk into an Airbnb and think, this is exactly as advertised. The gorgeous views, the comfortable rooms, the amenities — all as described. Everyone, onsite and by message, was friendly and responsive throughout our stay. We love Eagle Beach and the easy access to other parts of the island, and having the grocery store a short walk away was very helpful. All in all, a perfect stay and we plan to be repeat guests!

Beautiful condo with a perfect view. It's a great location, and very walkable to the beach and many restaurants along Eagle Beach, or 1.5 miles to Palm Beach area. It was a great stay and we'd definitely come back.

Excelente departamento, es tal como se muestra en las fotos. Superó nuestras expectativas, es todo de primer nivel y prácticamente a estrenar, desde los electrodomésticos, vajilla, y muebles. Está a metros de Eagle Beach y cerca de un gran supermercado. Muy atenta la anfitriona y el personal del complejo quienes nos brindaron información del lugar, además nos permitieron prolongar un par de horas el check out. Sin duda volveríamos.
