Cancellation Policy

Any reservations can be changed or canceled up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival day less bank charges.

Exceptions for bookings during Hi-Season Dates (arrival between December 17th and January 2nd), please contact us at least 15 days prior to arrival date. In such instances, the full amount of your Reservation Deposit will be refunded- less a two (2) night cancellation fee.

In the event of cancellations or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges.

The complex was new and clean! Steps away from Eagle Beach but you get a much nicer space where you and your family can spread out after having an awesome day at the beach! Private parking spot great workout room and minutes away from everything you need. Thanks again would highly recommend.

Every aspect of the booking, stay, and departure was excellent. The condo was gorgeous, even though the building was in its final stages of completion, and the outside surroundings, not owned by them, were still under development. The residence was amazing for my family of 5 and extremely close to the nicest beach we’ve been to on the island, as well as all other activities. I never had issues finding parking, a grocery store, or any other needs. Any issues were addressed within the proper allotted time, as one would expect. Overall, I look forward to future stays and would recommend the place and the host to anyone asking.
