Cancellation Policy

Any reservations can be changed or canceled up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival day less bank charges.

Exceptions for bookings during Hi-Season Dates (arrival between December 17th and January 2nd), please contact us at least 15 days prior to arrival date. In such instances, the full amount of your Reservation Deposit will be refunded- less a two (2) night cancellation fee.

In the event of cancellations or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges.

This condo was beautiful! So many huge windows overlooking the ocean. It was so clean with great bath products that were full sized. Exactly like the pictures. 7 minutes from super foods and 6 minutes to the beach. We loved our stay and can’t wait to return. Atlantic 360 was perfect for our family.

Totalmente recomendable sin dudar regresaremos!!! Marielvia excelente atención nos ayudó con todo lo que necesitamos desde antes de la reserva hasta el instante que salimos!!! El apartamento impecable super limpio y nuevo, tiene todo lo que necesitas esta muy bien equipado, además de ser muy amplio todas las áreas del departamento, las camas y almohadas muy cómodas para descansar, la vista a la playa Eagle es hermosa, la cocina tiene todo lo que se puede necesitar, a unos cuantos metros queda un supermercado muy grande, el edificio está muy bien ubicado cerca de todo y es muy tranquilo, en fin fue una excelente estadía 100% recomendable sin duda!!!

Totalmente recomendable sin dudar regresaremos!!! Marielvia excelente atención nos ayudó con todo lo que necesitamos desde antes de la reserva hasta el instante que salimos!!!
