Cancellation Policy

Any reservations can be changed or canceled up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival day less bank charges.

Exceptions for bookings during Hi-Season Dates (arrival between December 17th and January 2nd), please contact us at least 15 days prior to arrival date. In such instances, the full amount of your Reservation Deposit will be refunded- less a two (2) night cancellation fee.

In the event of cancellations or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges.

We had a great time in this unit at Atlantic 360 the pictures truly do not do it justice. The home is in pristine condition, everything apears to be brand new and barely used. The level of cleanliness is superb which is huge for us. The team and hosts were extremely responsive to any questions we had regareding the unit. They even sent someone up to teach us how to use the coffee machine. They were even able to accomodate us after our flight. got canceled and needed to extend our stay. The private terrace with 360 views are breathtaking and the place is just so peaceful. Also the location is directly behind the Amsterdam Manor which is one of the shortest walks to the beach and supermarket you will find. Finally special shout out to David who was so warm, helpful and informative.
There is some costruction occuring in the back as it appears another complex is underway but the noise was minimal and the we still had an ocean view.
