El departamento es de primera categoría. Nuevo. Tal cual las fotos y mucho más. Totalmente equipado, sábanas, toallas, toallas de playa, sillas de playa, carrito para sillas y nevera. 3 habitaciones con su respectivo baño y TV. Cocina completa (hasta una máquina de hielo). Lavaropa, seca ropa y lavavajillas.
Ubicado a 1 cuadra de Eagle Beach y a 150 mts de Superfood. Muy cómodo y de fácil acceso.
Marielvia respondió rápidamente todas nuestras inquietudes y solicitudes.
Totalmente recomendable.
Volveremos al mejor depto y playas del Caribe!

Qué bueno que la cercanía a Eagle Beach y a Superfood les resultó conveniente, y que las 3 habitaciones con baño propio y todas las comodidades de la cocina y lavandería hicieron su experiencia aún mejor. El departamento es absolutamente cómodo en su distribución, de espacios amplios y luminosos cuenta con un equipamiento de primera categoría que lo hace INCREÍBLE.
Está cercano a la mejor playa de Aruba, y cercano a muchísimos Puntos de interés.
Tiene lavadora y secadora, tiene reposeras, conservadoras inflables y muchos accesorios para la playa… lo que lo hace muy cómodo para la estadía familiar.
Marielvia es una anfitriona sumamente amable, te brinda info de tours y mucha info
Útil para hacer de tu estadía algo único.
Estuvimos en un all inclusive antes , 4 días (DIVI VILAGE ) y realmente el departamento fue muchísimo más cómodo acogedor práctico.
Es el mejor Airbnb en muchísimo tiempo

We had an excellent time staying at this condo. The management company is extremely responsive and accommodating. It’s within walking distance of beautiful Eagle Beach, however, I would recommend renting a car to explore the island. There are great views from the balcony where you can sit and relax and enjoy privacy . The building is quiet and well maintained. As the previous reviews mentioned, the pool area is very windy and the hot tub is cold.

This was hands down the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. The apartment is incredibly spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped — everything you could possibly need (and more) is provided, and all of it is high quality.
Marielvia and the rest of the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The location is fantastic — just a short walk to Eagle Beach and Super Food. The only downside is the occasional smell from the nearby water treatment plant, but it didn’t significantly affect our experience.
Overall, we had a wonderful time and highly recommend this place!

No tenemos queja alguna. Fueron unos días maravillosos. El alojamiento es nuevo, hermoso, impecable, caminando a dos minutos de la playa Eagle, la más hermosa además! El supermercado también súper cerca, de buen surtido y grande. Además el apto es de fácil parqueo, y lo que otras personas comentan del olor, es ajeno al edificio pues ese problema lo tiene toda la isla, y es intermitente además. David maravilloso nos dio excelentes indicaciones y los anfitriones, atentos y dispuestos siempre. En conclusión, sin ninguna queja. Felicitaciones y gracias por hacer de nuestra estadía días maravillosos en familia.

Lovely time we had at the 360 property. You can actually buy some units still, as there is ongoing construction. The outside property is not finished yet, but what's done is lovely and very nice quality. Staff is friendly & helpful. Location is perfect, as you can walk to the beach in 5 mins, but you can also retreat away to a quieter spot when you're done for the day. Eagle Beach is great, with clean white sandy beaches and well taken care of. Great long running or power walking road runs along the beach front. Apartment was clean & cosy. SuperFood is literally 5 mins by car. You could even walk it, in a pinch.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment—it was fantastic! The location is great, just a 3–4 minute walk to the beach.
It’s worth mentioning: this building is still under construction, so there was some noise that could be heard from inside the apartment. Additionally, due to the building’s positioning, the lobby area was very windy and not really usable during our stay. We were told it’s currently the windy season, so this might not be an issue year-round. The pool and the “hot tub” were quite cold, and we didn’t see anyone using them during our stay

Great specious apartment. Modern. Very comfortable living/dining area. We had breakfasts on the balcony. Well equipped kitchen, everything you can think of was there! There were 6 beach chairs for us to use and a small rolling cart to take them to the beach. Along with the beach towels(included) and a cooler(included). 4 min walk to the Eagle Beach. 6 min walk to the Super Food supermarket.
We enjoyed our stay in this apartment and will considered it again on our next trip to Aruba.

I have stayed in many Airbnbs, but this experience was on a whole new level. From the moment I arrived, Eduardo made me feel at home with his warm hospitality and attention to detail. His passion for hosting is evident in every aspect of the stay.
The place itself is stunning—immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with everything one could possibly need. Every detail has been carefully thought out, from the cozy bedding to the high-quality amenities. The view is breathtaking, and the atmosphere is both luxurious and relaxing.
