Cancellation Policy

Any reservations can be changed or canceled up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival day less bank charges.

Exceptions for bookings during Hi-Season Dates (arrival between December 17th and January 2nd), please contact us at least 15 days prior to arrival date. In such instances, the full amount of your Reservation Deposit will be refunded- less a two (2) night cancellation fee.

In the event of cancellations or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges.

Excellent location so close to eagle beach, new build with great amenities. We do see a water treatment plan but we didn’t experience any bad stench at all for 5 day stay. Wind can get really strong at times.
Host Marievel is extremely responsive and prompt. She helped us with lot of research and guidance for the trip.

Impecable experiencia…. Remodelado, Todo limpio, nuevo, ubicación perfecta, caminando y en bicicleta frente a la mejor playa de Aruba… apartamentos completos amoblados, cómodos, con absolutamente todo. 10/10 VOLVERÉ!!!!!

Me encantó el departamento. Amplió, limpio y de muy buen gusto. Muy cerca de Eagle Beach caminando y de Superfood (supermercado). Todo excelente!…lo que sí es bueno saber es que sopla mucho viento por lo que no hay como disfrutar de la piscina como uno quisiera. Adicionalmente, queda muy cerca de la planta de tratamiento de agua de la isla y, eventualmente, llega un olor desagradable con el viento.
Por lo demás, todo estuvo super bien. Yo le doy un 10/10.

Beautiful condo, has everything you need. They didn’t have a grill but promptly bought one to allow us access to one to cook on. Very accommodating and responsive. Easy 5min walk to the beach and food store. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again.
