Description

Welcome to Atlantic 360 Residences, where modern elegance meets the natural beauty of the Caribbean. This brand-new three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom condo on the third floor, a spacious open-concept design, and top-tier amenities. Located near Eagle Beach, one of Aruba’s most pristine shorelines, this residence is designed for both relaxation and adventure.

The open living area is bright and inviting, with large glass doors that let in natural light and showcase the ocean in the distance. A comfortable seating area with a Smart TV makes it easy to unwind, while the dining space is perfect for meals with a view. The fully equipped kitchen features quartz countertops and modern appliances, making cooking simple and convenient.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed and its own private bathroom, while the third bedroom offers a queen bed with an en-suite as well. A half-bath is available in the hallway for added convenience.

A private balcony provides a great spot to enjoy the views. The condo also includes a washer and dryer for added convenience. FREE Wi-Fi and BBQ.

Guests have access to Atlantic 360’s amenities, including a pool, fitness center, and private parking. The residence is about a 15-20 minute drive from Queen Beatrix International Airport and is close to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions.

Cancellation Policy

Any reservations can be changed or canceled up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival day less bank charges.

Exceptions for bookings during Hi-Season Dates (arrival between December 17th and January 2nd), please contact us at least 15 days prior to arrival date. In such instances, the full amount of your Reservation Deposit will be refunded- less a two (2) night cancellation fee.

In the event of cancellations or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges.

Great spot close to the beach, supermarket, and restaurant's. Condo had everything we needed during our stay. Hosts and rental company are very responsive. Looking forward to our next stay.

Amazing Stay in Aruba!

My experience in this apartment was incredible. The check-in was quick and easy, and the accommodation exceeded all my expectations. The apartment is spacious, modern, and extremely clean. The bed is comfortable, and the air conditioning works perfectly. It’s ideal for sharing with family or friends. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach. The host was incredibly attentive and quick to respond, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended! I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Aruba!!!
