Cancellation Policy

Any reservations can be changed or canceled up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival day less bank charges.

Exceptions for bookings during Hi-Season Dates (arrival between December 17th and January 2nd), please contact us at least 15 days prior to arrival date. In such instances, the full amount of your Reservation Deposit will be refunded- less a two (2) night cancellation fee.

In the event of cancellations or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges.

The accommodations were perfect for our family of 5. Very spacious and clean. The host were very helpful with any questions we had about the area and transportation etc. Also, great location as the beach was a 3 minute walk along with close-by restaurants. We certainly enjoyed our stay.

Nos alojamos hace unos días, éramos 7 adultos y el departamento estaba perfectamente equipado para recibirnos,siendo cómodo, sumamente amplio y espacioso.!! Tal cual las imágenes.
Llegamos más tarde de la hora de check-in, pero los anfitriones previamente nos brindaron instrucciones claras lo cual fue súper fácil y rápido ingresar a la unidad. El entorno del edificio es súper seguro,tranquilo y ofrece amenities ideales para que disfrutes aún más la estadía en este lugar. A muy pocos metros de la playa y superfood.
Realmente lo recomiendo si queres tener una estadía tranquilo,cómodo y seguro..
Sin dudas volvería a elegirlo.!!

This property was one of the best places that I have rented.
Brand new, spacious, spotless clean, very well decorated, 2 minutes walk to Eagle Beach. Parking spot, fast wifi and lots more.

My family really enjoyed our first Aruba trip and Atlantic360 was a big reason why. The apartment was spacious and clean and had everything you could ask for in an extended stay. Plus the location was great! Just a 5 minute to Eagle Beach. Would stay there again on our next trip to Aruba.

We loved the condo space. You can walk to the market and the beach where there are a few restaurants. It's a $20 cab ride into town, $30 to the port or Moomba beach. Space can be a little quirky. But the laundry, bathrooms, and everything else was accomodating. Would stay again

Just off of eagle beach with a. Partial view of the ocean. Close to the super food and groceries; one roundabout from Palm beach for happening night life , restaurants etc. Very clean , helpful and friendly staff with enough space to spread out inside. Kitchen had the essential pots pans and utensils .
Though not listed in the amenities, the hosts had provided 4 beach chairs and beach towels, which was very useful
