Cancellation Policy

Any reservations can be changed or canceled up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival day less bank charges.

Exceptions for bookings during Hi-Season Dates (arrival between December 17th and January 2nd), please contact us at least 15 days prior to arrival date. In such instances, the full amount of your Reservation Deposit will be refunded- less a two (2) night cancellation fee.

In the event of cancellations or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges.

Fantastische plek en Heerlijk appartement

Wat een mooi en verzorgd appartement! Hele ruime kamers met mooi uitzicht en keurig schoon. Super vriendelijke ontvangst. Luxe keuken met veel voorzieningen zoals koffiezetapparaat afwasmachine en voldoende servies zelfs een BBQ op het balkon. Prachtige badkamer met voldoende handdoeken zelfs handdoeken voor het strand Heerlijke kingsize bedden Supermarkt in de buurt en het appartement ligt op 3 min lopen van het prachtige strand Eagle Beach als we weer op Aruba verblijven komen we zeker terug!

El departamento estaba impecable con tegnologia nueva y de primera linea. Muy comodo para toda mi familia.
Habia una cantidad enorme de toallas en todos los baños como asi tambien toallas de pileta, lo que hacia todo mucho mas comodo.
Muy buena iluminacion y capacidad para regular la temperatura en todos los ambientes.
Claramente es un alojamiento que voy a tener en cuenta la proxima vez que visite Aruba.
Surgieron algunos detalles menores durante nuestra estadia, sin embargo la Sra. Marielvia estuve pendiente al instante para ayudarnos y resolver lo que acontesia. Una persona muy amable y preocupada de su trabajo y nuestra comodidad.

Marielvia was a fantastic host—she communicated with us ahead of our trip and was consistently responsive and helpful throughout. The condo itself was very peaceful, and the building's amenities, including the gym and pool, were well maintained. It’s conveniently located just a short walk from a well-stocked supermarket, making it easy to pick up anything we needed during our stay.
The condo is also just a 2-minute walk from a large resort, which made it super easy to arrange pick-ups for our booked activities. Eagle Beach is only a 5-minute walk away, and we often enjoyed the 30–40 minute stroll to Palm Beach as well.
We had a wonderful stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again!
Let me know if you'd like a shorter or more casual version too.
