Cancellation Policy Cancellation Policy

Any reservations can be changed or canceled up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival day less bank charges.

Exceptions for bookings during Hi-Season Dates (arrival between December 17th and January 2nd), please contact us at least 15 days prior to arrival date. In such instances, the full amount of your Reservation Deposit will be refunded- less a two (2) night cancellation fee.

In the event of cancellations or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges.

Rosa was an awesome host. The condo was conveniently located across the street from the beach as well as near shopping and restaurants. My guests and I are definitely looking forward to our next stay in Aruba.

Awesome views!!
Location is great! right in the middle of Eagle Beach and Palm Beach and a quick walk to either but enjoy the sunset and quiet at the end of the day! The staff were wonderful! The first day we got there the power went out for a few minutes and the elevators were not working. We arrived with kiteboarding gear and luggage and had no way to get it up to the penthouse. Two staff members lifted on their back the gear and luggage and climbed the stairs to the top! Awesome service and people. Cant wait to go back next year! Thank you all!

Stunning Condo!
Family of 10 fit with no issue. Veronica was responsive and had us set up for two toddlers. Need to do groceries but we wanted that. Odd hours at bar/restaurant near pool but plenty of places nearby. Spa closed for renovations but they offered to send us elsewhere with complementary transportation. Stunning property would stay there again.

gorgeous property
the condo was in excellent shape. perfect location to walk to nearby casino hotels with outdoor eating areas. Private beach right across the street. The pool is not heated so it rarely gets used as water is too cold. lots of space for extended family to hang out. loved the sunsets and hot tub on the balcony.
