Great location and easy access to walking path along eagle beach. Also close to palm beach restaurants - tons of scooters around if you didn’t want to walk.
There were some minor inconveniences like the grill having no gas, showers sometimes get cold, and shower dripping all night, but overall did not have a bad affect on the stay.
Beautiful views of the ocean, clean condo, and great private pool.

Recently, 10 of us stayed at the beautifully decorated and spacious Townhouse 5 in the Turquoise Building. It was so perfect for all of us. It has a private pool, as well as access to the main larger pool next to it, along with a hot tub and a gym. Just across the street, you are at the beach. The property is located between the city and the amazing night life and restaurants. I highly recommend staying at Blue Residences, and booking Townhouse 5, as I had a wonderful and First Class experience. Without a doubt, I give it a 5-star rating.

I just returned from my 1-week vacation in Aruba and was staying in Townhouse 5 at the beautiful Blue Residences (Turquoise building) with my family. In all of the times that I have travelled, this was, by far, the best experience. The pictures on the Blue Residences' website are exactly what you see when you go there in person. The entire property and buildings, along with the pools, hot tub, and gym, are so amazing and kept very clean at all times. They even have a tennis court, along with a spa and salon. Townhouse 5 in the Turquoise building is simply stunning. All of the rooms are modern, with top quality furniture and decor. In my own opinion, this townhouse is way better than a 5-star hotel, as it has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people. The location is perfect, as the beach is just across the street. You can also drive to Eagle beach in less than 5 min, and it's only a 20 min walk to the hotels, resorts, boardwalk, and restaurants. I am very pleased and so happy that I chose Blue Residences (specifically Townhouse 5) as my stay for my entire family. I highly recommend selecting this place for your accomodations ... it's a 10 out of 10! Thank you Blue Residences!!! 😊

We stayed at the Blue Residences with a group of 10 for a week and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The townhouse is spacious, well-appointed with every possible amenity , clean and exquisitely decorated. Within easy walking distance of both Eagle and Palm Beach as well as the main strip at the north end of island with plenty of bars, restaurants and shopping, it could not have been a better location. The property includes a private plunge pool and a spacious terrace and is steps from the large central pool, hot tub and gym. The grounds are painstakingly maintained to the highest standards. There really is no better place to spend a vacation in Aruba.

Perfect Location! The Townhome was as described and looked like the pictures! Very spacious! Close to everything, yet in a peaceful spot. Clean and had lots of items for cooking as well as multiple spaces for storage. Showers were amazing with the water pressure. If I return, I will stay here again. Very nice place! No doubts on renting here. High security with gated entry and responsive building staff! We didn’t get the use of a hot tub or second pool related to being redone. That would have been nice to know prior to arrival but wasn’t a deal breaker for us.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay with eight girlfriends at Casa Nuestra! The property is beautiful and conveniently located. The townhouse was spotless and adequately equipped. We had only 2 issues - the smoke detector went off in the middle of the night the first night and there was no hot water in the primary suite. The smoke detector was quickly addressed but unfortunately we never got hot water. It was not a big deal as the other showers worked well and we just took quick showers ( :Overall, an amazing stay and we would definitely return!

My cousin’s and I enjoyed Nicole’s place for our annual girls trip! We found the secured community very safe and the staff onsite very very nice and responsive. The townhome was as described with all amentities and was super comfortable! We enjoyed the privacy of our own pool while also having access to two larger pools onsite. Plus having a washer and dryer in unit (with laundry detergent and dryer sheets included) was a huge plus! If ever we needed anything, whether it was extra laundry soap, help with a taxi the team onsite was super helpful and generous! The location is also super walkable to the beach across street which was absolutely stunning both as a view from the property and actually visiting. The townhome is walkable to all restaurants on their main strip and we loved getting our steps in each day!! Highly recommend this townhome, host and onsite community staff!!

Overall experience was great. Early check in wasn’t available for us at the time but the host was very accommodating by letting my group store our baggage at reception desk until unit was ready. The pictures taken were as described, all amenities were available and pool was clean.

What a beautiful vacation for a family of 10. We had so much room for everyone. The location was close enough to downtown but far enough away for peace and quiet. Couldn't of asked for a better place. The townhouse is looks exactly like the pictures. The view is to die for! A great family vacation of memories. Very friendly staff, very clean and well manicured grounds/pool
Townhouse was perfect for a family vacation with private bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms. Easy walk out access to main pool, private pool off kitchen was a bonus and the views from the 2 second floor bedrooms were amazing. Very close to restaurants/night life by walking, bike, scooter or a very short/east drive. Our only dislikes were the beach was very small/quiet but easy to walk a few minutes near the hotel areas which had more going on. And wish there was a pool bar, restaurant we never ate at as very limited hours but did enjoy the bar/food at Po-ké ono and the beautiful and new Embassy suites both next store

For our family of 8, this was an absolutely incredible place to stay. The Blue Aruba team did an incredible job making us feel at home and take care of every need. The place was very clean, we always felt safe, and it was close to everything. The snorkling right across the street was really convenient. It was a short walk to Eagle Beach, and you can rent a lounge chair there for $15. The restaurants were also close and you can find whatever you would like to eat. The space in the unit was well kept and modern. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, pots, pans, etc. We cooked most of our meals because the food and alcohol can get pricey. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Me and my family stayed here with a family of five and two infants. The location of this condominium is perfect it is right in between Eagle and Palm Beach. The restaurant on site is great and the pool is amazing. We will definitely be coming back.
