Cancellation Policy

Any reservations can be changed or canceled up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival day less bank charges.

Exceptions for bookings during Hi-Season Dates (arrival between December 17th and January 2nd), please contact us at least 15 days prior to arrival date. In such instances, the full amount of your Reservation Deposit will be refunded- less a two (2) night cancellation fee.

In the event of cancellations or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges.

Property was very clean and spacious. Plenty of room for me and my wife and my 2 adult children. Kitchen was well stocked and grill was very clean. Pool was nice and just had to cross the street to get to beautiful Eagle beach and a great walking path. Short drive to get to the high rise hotel area or can walk it if feel ambitious. Overall great property and location.

Awesome stay

This was my second time at the Oceania but my first time in this unit. It was a beautiful unit with 3 bedrooms 4 baths. It has a separate living room as well. Our host Mayra was very helpful when I reached out with a concern with the air conditioner and it was taken care of immediately. The beach and the location was awesome as well. We will definitely return!

Paradise Plus!
This condo is terrific! Besides the well-appointed furnishings, all appliances work well, beds are comfy, master bath shower is roomy and heavenly (great water pressure), kitchen well equipped, beautiful patios for outside dining, beach chairs and a cooler available for use. Grounds and pool are beautiful and well kept.
It’s very quiet and 24 hour security is on duty.
Eagle beach lives up to its rating as the #2 beach in the world. Definitely recommend!

Great Condo

The condo was very comfortable and well equipped with a great kitchen and many beach items. We are a family of 4, with adult children. This was perfect, as everyone got their own bedroom and bath. Veronica was very responsive to all our needs and questions. I would recommend this unit for adults; there are quite a lot of mirrors so it is not for those with small children. The location was good. The beach is right across the street and the pools are very nice. We did rent a car, but you could walk to quite a few restaurants. It is not in one of the busier districts (not too close to the big hotels but they are easily accessible) so the beach never felt congested.

Thrilled!!!

The property is as nice as listed on Homeaway. Lots of thoughtful things included - beach chairs, beach towels, extra toilet paper, extra kitchen equipment, etc. Beautiful Eagle Beach right across the street & easy walking/jogging distance to high rise hotel zone. Representative met us at the unit to give advice as to what was open on New Year’s Eve even though we were a lot later than anticipated since it took us 2 hours to get through Aruba Immigration. Representative was in communication with us the entire time. Wonderful experience.
