This place was perfect for our family vacation! Its prime location was like 5 minutes from everything including the best beaches. The view from the unit is stunning just like the pics and looks out over the pools and meticulously maintained property. Every evening you are able to enjoy an unobstructed view of the sunset over the ocean from the living room & balcony of the unit. Sitting on the balcony in the morning enjoying our morning coffee was the perfect start to a fun beach and adventure filled day. The showers in the unit are also notably incredible, the beds are comfortable, there is more than enough space and seating for the whole family. The WiFi and AC worked great, and it was well stocked with all the essentials. We had a little trouble with the entry key pad a couple times, but the host was extremely responsive at all times. Overall a 10/10 AirBnB, great value relative to the full experience.

A Stay of Highs and Lows
We, a family of five including grandpa, would definitely return. The three rooms with separate bathrooms were fantastic, offering great privacy. The 6th-floor view was beautiful, and the location perfect – just a pedestrian walk to a calm beach with kiosks and clear divisions for water activities. We loved the large bike/jogging path and enjoyed early morning walks. The pool was very nice, shallow, and always had available lounge chairs. Great AC, in-unit laundry, and a fantastic kitchen!
However, significant issues arose: The beds were in very bad condition, greatly impacting our comfort. Also, the main pool only opened on our arrival day, and the second pool was unavailable for repairs, none of which was communicated beforehand. While not affecting the apartment, corridors flooded when it rained.
Overall, a great location and spaciousness, but bed comfort and clear communication on amenities need urgent improvement for a truly exceptional stay.

The Blue Aruba location is great. Close to both Eagle Beach and Palm Beach, with a small beach area right across the street with palapas. The pools are beautiful and the ocean views from our condo were spectacular. The kitchen was very adequately supplied with cooking utensils, pans, small appliances, and dishes and a dishwasher. The bedrooms were spacious and had plenty of storage for our clothes, etc. Washer/Dryer in unit was a great plus as we could travel with just a carry on and then washed items as needed. The furniture in the common spaces was comfortable as was the furniture on the balcony. Great views from the balcony as well. Grocery store was fairly close, we walked it twice, but probably should have taken a cab home the first trip as the beer, etc. got a little heavy on the return trip. There was always plenty of chairs by the pools. The condo was amazing and we would highly recommend it. All the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Condo was as pictures advertised. A bit of a walk to the restaurants. We walked a few times and got a taxi other times. View was beautiful. Had an issue with the refrigerator leaking. Response time from host was approximately 24 hours, but we went to the office at the condo and they resolved the issue quickly and were responsive.

The space was perfect for 3 couples, having our own bathrooms was ideal!!
The massive windows allow for the most spectacular view from the 6th floor!!
We loved the private little beach across the street as well as the pools. We were all very impressed at the attention that is given to the property.
Ursula at the front desk went above and beyond!! Made such a difference! Also when Eldrith stepped in on Ursula’s days off, she was just as great! They both helped to great lengths to schedule things for us. Much appreciated!

3bd 3 bath condo was perfect for 6 travelers.
We had 2 couples and 2 friends in the third room.
Views were exactly as advertised. Close to all beach resorts and activities within walking distance.

The complex is a convenient location to palm and eagle beach. Maybe a 1/2 mile walk to the restaurant areas in Noord. We rented a car so we could explore the island and beaches. The apartment was clean and beds were comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. Views weee amazing. Plenty of space for our family of 5. Nice pool and decent gym

Looking for a great location with a stunning view and a wonderfully appointed condo - this is the place for you.
Blue Residences is the perfect location for access to Eagle Beach to the south and the high rise hotel areas to the north without the craziness of the hotel area.
The condo was clean, bright and big.
The staff onsite was lovely and booking easy.
We loved every minute of it and will definitely stay there again when we return to Aruba.

Beautiful condo. The photos just don't do it justice. The host was very accommodating in bringing us cribs for our two infants and beach chairs for when visiting the beach. The location is perfect. Everything is a short drive away. A must stay.

Blue Residences in Aruba is a great place to stay. The view from the condo will take your breath away. The location is perfect. You are close to the high-rise hotels and Palm Beach. We enjoyed dinner on the beach at Pure Ocean, which is walking distance from the resort. The pools are gorgeous and so are the grounds. We loved the landscaping and views of the ocean from everywhere on property. The resort is safe and peaceful. We were in a corner unit and you can see all the way up to California Lighthouse and all the way down to Eagle Beach. We highly recommend renting a car because it makes getting around so much more convenient. Parking is easy to find everywhere you go. The condo is modern and beautifully furnished. The bathrooms are clean and large. We loved the water pressure in the showers. The air conditioning worked great and the beds are super comfortable. The beach across from the condo isn’t ideal because of the construction noise from next door. However, Palm Beach is within walking distance or just a short drive. We didn’t want to leave, but we will be back. Veronica was very responsive and we look forward to renting from her again.

A wonderful and clean condo with everything you need -- furnishings were very modern. The 6th floor view is beautiful, and the complex is not very far from many restaurants, shopping, and other activities. Other than our excursions we planned, we walked everywhere. Communication with the owner was easy, and we had no issues during our stay. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

I would highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning!! The location is perfect with breathtaking ocean views. The place was very clean and spacious enough for a family of 6. It is walkable to all the high rises with their beautiful beaches and restaurants. There is also an amazing infinity pool and restaurants on sight. It was so hard for us to leave this spot!

The accommodations was great - condo was even better than the pictures. We had a little issue with the sliding glass door and the safe but the facility host were quick to respond and resolve the issue. Highly recommended and would definitely come back!

We had a good stay at the hotel although one of the neighbours was a little inconsiderate and had a loud live band in the ground floor apartment till 6am in the morning on New Year's day. I understand it is New Year's but this is a family area and some people had small children. We could hear every song in our bedroom and we were in the 6th floor. How can you have a live band outside the patio in an apartment?

Our stay at the Blue Residences was perfect! The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had what we needed. The property itself is gorgeous and well-maintained. The location right in between Eagle Beach and Palm Beach was great. We could easily walk to the beach and the hustle-bustle of the touristy areas or just stay on-property and enjoy the quiet and enormous infinity pools. The best of both worlds! I have already recommended this property to friends and will DEFINITELY be returning for myself as well.

Our trip to Aruba was fantastic and the stay at the Blue Residence was superb. We were on the 6th floor at the end which provided an ocean view from the living and dinning rooms. Spectacular!!! The accommodations were just as the picture stated, clean and modern. We would for sure stay again and recommend to friends. You will need to take a short walk to Eagle Beach or a slightly longer walk to Palm Beach but having this view is worth the walk or car ride. We rented a car to be able to get around the island as we have family that lives there and to go to Baby Beach.

The flat was just perfect, we had an amazing experience. It was clean, in a really good location and away from the crowd and noise that you get in the city centre. The staff in the building was helpful at all times and made us feel at home. The swimming pools are huge and clean every day.

First, let me start with the view. Wow, one of the nicest views I ever seen! Very impressive, a wall of windows from floor to ceiling along with a remote for the blinds, a high end touch. Each room is very spacious, with it's attached bathroom along with its own 55" television with remote. The dining and living room serve as a spacious get together for my family. All the appliances where new and large. The shower in the Master suite was awesome, similar to my high end shower at home with great water pressure. Wow!

My 74 year old Mother traveled with us so, the elevator to the 6th floor was nice. The concierge desk was great, treated us like owners. They helped with reservations, available for needed questions or quick maintenance. They were very friendly and great to work with.

The location was great! As you walk across the street, you have a beech available, or you walk to the right to the high rise area or to the left to low rise and Eagle Beach. We rented a car for our visit, but one would not be required if you wanted to stay near the beach area.

Overall, our stay was great and was very pleased with our stay. The place is even better than the pictures! How often can you say that! Feel confident in the great view with a great location.

There is also two big pools that are very private. The outside grounds were immaculate and my kids enjoyed seeing the lizards and iguana. We always felt very safe with the security on grounds. There was always a guard on duty opening and closing the gate to the entrance/exit.
