Cancellation Policy

Any reservations can be changed or canceled up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival day less bank charges.

Exceptions for bookings during Hi-Season Dates (arrival between December 17th and January 2nd), please contact us at least 15 days prior to arrival date. In such instances, the full amount of your Reservation Deposit will be refunded- less a two (2) night cancellation fee.

In the event of cancellations or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges.

Great place, very clean and the property is well kept would’ve liked a better check in process. It was a little slow and also they would not give me an extra key which took a day to get. It is a little far from the main shops and restaurants if you have people who have walking issues, but for anyone without walking issues, it’s a great location a little off the main drag, but within easy walking distance to most things.

The condo was amazing! Great rooms, great amenities and staff. Loved how peaceful the property was. So close to all beaches in Noord. I highly, highly recommend anyone visiting Aruba to book a stay at Blue.

This property was beautiful. The view from the balcony was amazing--we spent most mornings and evenings there. The unit was very clean and had everything you needed for cooking and dining. The appliances were new and worked well. The bathrooms were beautiful and they even had beach towels ready for you. My family and I really enjoyed how spacious the unit was. The pool was very clean and a great spot to be during the day, when not at the beach right across the street. The location couldn't be better as we were close to restaurants and the grocery store. At check-in, our unit wasn't ready by 4:00 pm. The owner graciously gave us a 100 credit to use at the restaurant located on the property next door. I greatly appreciated the owner's communication. We will be back!
