We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was perfect—right between Eagle and Palm Beach—making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. The unit had plenty of space and truly felt like a home away from home. One of our favorite parts was watching the sunset from the balcony—absolutely beautiful! There were a few minor issues with the unit, but they were addressed right away and taken care of quickly. The staff was friendly, responsive, and so helpful throughout our stay. We’ll definitely be back the next time we visit!

The property is ideally located between two popular beaches. So the area is calm without many people, but just a simple walk or scooter ride to the hustle and bustle of more touristy properties. The apartment was super clean and the management was very available and attentive. Right from the balcony you could see the most amazing sunsets. Picture Perfect. Host is responsive and supplies everything you need for a comfortable stay. we highly recommend this property and will be back .

Our first visit to Aruba and we’ll definitely be back. The condo was a perfect location between Eagle and Palm beaches. Loved walking the beaches and checking out all the bars/restaurants. We rented a car and traveled the island seeing the Lighthouse and Baby Beach. The condo is beautiful and the sunsets from the patio were amazing. We would definitely stay here again. The property was just as listed. It was very clean, and in a great location right between Eagle and Palm Beach. The 3BR and 3BA was perfect for our family (3 couples). The air conditioning worked flawlessly (which was needed on the hot and humid days) and we had no issues with the unit. The staff is extremely friendly, and the owner checked in on us to make sure everything was good. All in all, I highly recommend this unit for a great week in Aruba!

Todo estuvo bien, tenía preocupaciones porque no tiene reseñas previas. Llegamos más temprano del check in pero nos dio la facilidad de dejar el equipaje y el hospedaje estuvo listo antes y pudimos entrar en ese tiempo. Our only issue was washing machine not working, and not being informed prior to the trip, but the property manager eventually worked with us for a solution. Ursala the on-site manager was wonderful!!!

Loved our stay at this condo! The unit was exactly as pictured. So clean and comfortable. Loved the sunset views from the balcony. Our only issue was the washing machine was broken when we arrived and unfortunately the part needed to fix it had to be ordered, but the concierge made sure to replenish our beach towels and bath towels as needed so it really wasn’t an issue at all! In fact, I can’t say enough good things about Ursula at the front desk as well as the security staff, all were so friendly and helpful. The parking lot was gated and staffed by security at all times so we felt very safe. The grounds, pools, and building were immaculately maintained. The area is close enough to everything (shops, restaurants, etc.) but away from the busyness of Palm Beach so it was it was perfect for me and my family. Looking forward to coming back to Aruba and would definitely stay here again!

The condo and the entire complex was immaculate and fabulous. We loved the two pools and how conveniently located the Blue Residences are to Eagle Beach, Palm Beach and the Super Foods store. The view from this unit is spectacular. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the balcony. The only issue we encountered was the washing machine instrument panel did not work. We appreciated the beach chairs and the cooler for our use. We used the chairs when we visited Baby Beach. This beautiful condo was fully stocked with any items we needed to prepare meals and to enjoy staying in. Don't give it another thought, this is the perfect place for a family or for a couple or two or three couples. No need to continue looking, book this unit at the Blue Residences. You will love every minute and will never want to leave. We will definitely be back. :)

Came for a week with my wife and two kids. Great stay, lots of room in condo, in between Palm and Eagle beach. Could walk to both if you had too, we rented a car easy parking on site, relaxing around pool everyone just minding their own business. Resto on site with good food and fair pricing. Would go back for sure!

Condo was clean, beautiful and had everything you needed. Grounds were well kept and peaceful. Both restaurants had delicious food. I would definitely bring water shoes for the small beach across the street. It’s rocky but pretty. We had to take taxis to Palm beach area where you can use the public beaches as long as you bring the chairs provided at the condo. There were 4 beach chairs and two camping type chairs which I’m not a fan of at the beach. We had 6 people so I wish there were 6 beach chairs. But two were broken and were replaced with brand new ones without us asking so that was nice. We tried walking to that area but it was hot and about 20-30 min walk. Taxis came quick and were $7-12 so worth it. Also towels were delivered daily. One other tip is do not deadbolt the door if someone is left inside. The keypad won’t work and you will be locked out. They should put a sign by the door about that. Overall we loved it and would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at Blue Residence Condo. What a great location and the property was amazing. Plenty of room and we loved having a bathroom for each bedroom. The view from the patio was beautiful and the property was very well maintained. Close to the grocery, restaurants and activities. We loved that Eagle Beach is not super busy but close enough to Palm Beach for those that want more hustle and bustle. Our family had an awesome trip and would definitely rent this condo again.

6 of us (3 couples) stayed at this beautiful condo. We all loved it. The two pools are wonderful, we spent part of every day in the pool(s). Easy to swim, relax, no problem getting chairs, and sometimes have the pool to yourselves! Beautiful beach is right across the street and great path to walk and bike everywhere to Palm Beach or Eagle Beach. We had a car and it was so easy to park. We also did an excursion and company picked us up at the gate. We all had our space in the condo, beds were comfy, bathrooms were all nice. Can’t say about how much we enjoyed the place and our trip to Aruba. We really like the Blue Residences and would love to come back to this condo one day. We walked to restaurants within minutes! Thank you, hope to get back again in the coming years!

Having a concierge on site from 9a - 6p was most helpful for local restaurant recommendations and the concierge's office being equipped with brochures of activities and available tours on the island. The 3 bedroom condo, all with ensuite bathrooms was spotlist. Being near Super Foods grocery store was convenient and the store was well stocked. There is a public transportation bus that runs every 20 minutes that stops in front of the condo complex. We rented a car but the bus is a great amenity because it takes you directly to the Palm Beach area with high end hotels, casinos, restaurants and shops. The bus ride is maybe 15 minutes, if that. The grounds of the condo is well maintained and the 3 pools were never crowded. We were greatly impressed with the daily cleaning of the pool areas, including power washing the pool side umbrellas and lounge chairs. Definitely, recommend this condo.

We loved our visit to Aruba and how the condo was centrally located between Palm and Eagle and only 15 minutes by car to Arashi. Top notch responsiveness to our needs before our trip and while there - on-site maintenance staff even helped carry in our groceries without us asking! We found the kitchen to be fully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals for our family. We did encounter a mold odor in the master suite, and housekeeping and maintenance did a refresh during our stay. The unit’s Tommy Bahama chairs and generous-sized cooler were greatly appreciated and used daily.

My wife and I stayed at Zena’s condo during our first trip ever to Aruba. It is the perfect place to stay. There is a private balcony with a breathtaking view of the turquoise ocean as well as the pristine pools and beautiful flowering landscaping. We really enjoyed morning coffee and happy hour with friends while enjoying the island breeze and the pretty view from the balcony. The kitchen is roomy and nicely appointed. The eating area is spacious with walls of windows which also provide beautiful views of the ocean, pools, and gardens. The master bedroom has a sliding door opening onto the balcony so one can enjoy the breeze, the lulling sound of the ocean, and the stars as one drifts off to sleep. The master bathroom has a wonderful rainfall showerhead with great water pressure for a relaxing clean-up after a day at the beach. There are two other bedrooms and bathrooms, also. The washer and dryer were very convenient for drying damp towels and bathing suits as well as washing clothes. Zena wrote to us before we arrived to let us know that should we desire, we could order groceries from Super Foods for delivery, and Juan, the Property Manager, would receive them at the condo and put the refrigerated items away. We accepted that kind offer. We loved walking into a beautiful, clean condo stocked with the food we had ordered. Juan organized everything so nicely in the refrigerator for us. It was really a special treat! Juan showed us around the condo when we arrived and answered any questions we had. Zena and Juan are both very kind, helpful, and responsive. Zena has a booklet of recommended restaurants including menus, many of which we ate at and thoroughly enjoyed. On our checkout day, we had a few hours before our flight and wished to have a casual lunch overlooking the ocean. We messaged Juan for a recommendation and he promptly gave us one. We had the nicest “goodbye Aruba” lunch one could ask for. If you are looking for a clean and comfortable condo with spectacular views, uncrowded sparkling pools, close proximity to the northwestern calm snorkeling/swimming beaches including top-ranked world renowned Eagle Beach, and a wonderful host and manager, then this is the place for you!

First time staying in a vrbo while in Aruba instead of the Marriott. Location was good, a 7-8 minute walk to either beach where you can rent chaise lounges under free huts for shade. Place is immaculate and Juan and Zena were great with communication. Master shower is better than home. Wifi and cable was great to connect and do some work. Pool area is nice and no trouble getting pool lounges. We did rent a car to get around to restaurants and casino and further beach areas. Kitchen is stocked and Grocery store a 5 min drive and Poke place next door was good for lunch. Much quieter and great for family time but close enough to walk/drive to whatever we wanted. Scooters and/or bikes easy to rent and get around. Will definitely return to this unit again. Thank you Zena and Juan

We have visited Aruba in the past and stayed at a large resort. When booking this stay, we were looking for similar accessibility to the beach and restaurants as the resort but less entertainment/noise and a more relaxing atmosphere. Zena and Juan provided the perfect place for that. The check in process was seamless and Juan was available throughout our stay for any questions. He was very responsive. They even provided a pack and play for the infant in our group. We could stroll out to the pool around 11-12 and it wouldn't be busy-so easy to get chairs with umbrellas. We enjoyed our stay! My family enjoyed our recent vacation in Aruba. Zena and Juan were very responsive to questions we had before arriving, and Juan provided helpful recommendations on things to do on the island. The condo was gorgeous. It was spotless, spacious and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. They also provided beach chairs, which, were very convenient to bring to the beach across from the property. The condo is located within walking distance to both Eagle an Palm beach, although we rented a car that we used to explore the island.. We enjoyed our nightly walks along the jogging/walking/bike trail. Although one of the two pools on the was under renovation, the one pool was fine for accommodating everyone who wanted to use it, there was never a crowd. It was a treat to wake up to the view of the ocean everyday and to watch the beautiful sunset from the balcony. I would highly recommend Zena and Juan’s beautiful condo. I would definitely return to this condo. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We loved our stay here! We had three generations on our vacation, and the property kept us all comfortable with its three ensuites. We spent every morning gazing at the ocean from our balcony. In the afternoons, we decided between the relaxing pool and Palm Beach. The closest beach (across the street) is a little rocky, but it was great for snorkeling. Other adventures were either a half-hour beach walk away, or a ten-dollar cab ride. We will definitely be back!

The owner and property manager of this rental made sure we had everything we needed for our first time stay in Aruba! Thank you Zena and Juan! The condo was clean and well stocked with the essentials and more. The views were absolutely breathtaking! We will definitely stay in this rental again!

First and foremost, I have to review our hosts! Zena and Juan are by far the best hosts on the planet. From start to finish they both ensure you have everything you need to ensure you have a fantastic stay. The property is clean and conveniently located. Back to our hosts... We did have an issue with the dryer not working. This matter was resolved over a weekend to ensure that we could wash and dry our clothes during our stay. Juan communicated with us to ensure every need was met. Now the property... Spacious, clean, and well maintained. I am not sure the other reviewer stating there was an odor in one of the bedrooms. We did not smell anything. One thing to note is, with all properties in the Caribbean, there is a good amount of humidity and it is very hard to regulate the temperature in a home. Moreover, you are on an island so condensation happens. Overall, we were very happy with our stay as well as our hosts! 5 STARS!

Our family had a great time in Aruba and a lot of that was due to this condo! The condo is spotless and the property manager, Juan, went above and beyond helping us with how the condo works and with suggestions for bike rentals. The little beach across the street was nice and private but Eagle Beach is just a short walk away. Palm Beach downtown was about a mile away and an easy walk. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!! Thanks so much.

We had an amazing time with our family. The apartment is beautiful and clean and has everything you need for a great vacation. The views and sunsets from the balcony are really amazing. The hosts were great and were always available if we needed them. Will definitely be back!
