Cancellation Policy

Any reservations can be changed or canceled up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival day less bank charges.

Exceptions for bookings during Hi-Season Dates (arrival between December 17th and January 2nd), please contact us at least 15 days prior to arrival date. In such instances, the full amount of your Reservation Deposit will be refunded- less a two (2) night cancellation fee.

In the event of cancellations or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges.

We would highly recommend this location. The entire staff on property was so polite and helpful and the management company was so kind and supportive and always responded within minutes. The unit is in great condition and made to feel like a comfy home for our stay. The property grounds are pristine. The gym is great. It is a great location with a beach close, lots of restaurants close and a grocery store within walking distance. This property truly checked all the boxes for us. Thanks for a great vacation spot!

We had an excellent stay and would absolutely recommend this Airbnb. Everything exceeded our expectations.
The apartment was spotless, spacious, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the entire space felt modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed.
The location was also excellent—convenient, safe, and close to everything we wanted to visit, while still being peaceful and relaxing.
Communication was smooth, check-in was easy, and every detail made us feel at home. It was the perfect place for our family.
We will definitely be back the next time we visit Aruba. Thank you for such a wonderful experience—we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

Great location! Clean and very nice condo. Appreciated that it included beach chairs and a cooler. Walkable to Eagle beach which we loved. Sushi/poke restaurant downstairs was convenient for a quick dinner. Nice pools and hot tub which was maintained daily. Any questions and check in & out details were handled at the front desk vs through the app which was different than we aretypically used to for Airbnb. Overall really happy with our stay!
