The second bedroom, also front-facing, has a queen bed and floor-to-ceiling windows yielding an unimpeded view of ocean and sky. The third bedroom is equipped with two full beds and looks over the island across the Bubali Bird Sanctuary towards Hooiberg Mountain. Each bedroom benefits from a flat screen TV and ample closet and drawer storage space. In the central lounge area, the modular converts conveniently into a sleeper that can accommodate 2 guests.

The unit conveniently includes a clothes washer and dryer. Beach chairs are provided for guest use.

Cancellation Policy

Any reservations can be changed or canceled up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival day less bank charges.

Exceptions for bookings during Hi-Season Dates (arrival between December 17th and January 2nd), please contact us at least 15 days prior to arrival date. In such instances, the full amount of your Reservation Deposit will be refunded- less a two (2) night cancellation fee.

In the event of cancellations or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges.

Our Pent House was amazing. Beautiful ocean veiws all day and sunsets in the evening. Area was peaceful and private. Short drive to restaurants, nightlife and the supermarket. Electric bikes and scooters are alongside the beach to rent if your looking to venture out without a car. Had a a great time with my family and I will be back again.

We loved staying here! It was beautiful and so spacious. There were two balconies overlooking the ocean!! It was very private and clean. The washer and dryer were nice to have. Short walk to the ocean. The pools were clean and hardly ever had people in them. It was great! I would definitely stay here again! My whole family was very happy here!

Family vacation

The rental was amazing! We had the best time and the views are unbelievable. The walk to eagle beach is a little but ok. It is definitely on the quiet side and we have 2 young adult children and a 14 yr old and none of them minded. The beach across the street is very rocky and definitely recommend water shoes. The condo has everything you could possibly need. The other pool and hot tub were closed as they are being worked on. But we did still have an infinity pool that was great. The view is amazing everywhere you look! The beds were all comfortable except the master was a bit hard but ok. The only negative is the thermostat is locked and on a control timer. The lowest it will go is 68. I understand the cost but it would be nice when guests are staying there if you could control it yourself as there were times it does get little hot and musty. We all loved it and already talked about coming back next yr. Would give it a definite 10/10 We had a great 6 days and are sad to be home lol. Highly recommend it! The outside furniture is wonderful to sit out in the balcony at anytime during the day and we even played a few card games out there at night. Amazing!

This place was amazing. The views from the top floor were breathtaking. The balcony was a place of relaxation. The sunset to waking up in the morning to see the blue and turquoise waters from the balcony was worth every minute. The staff was kind, attentive and went out of their way to be helpful. The space and views are beautiful, and the kiddie pool and playground were excellent for our toddler. The location is very accessible and close to everything you need. We had a great family trip.

Unforgettable Girls' Getaway in a Luxurious Penthouse!
We had the most incredible time celebrating my 40th birthday in this stunning penthouse! The condo was the epitome of luxury, with an amazing terrace perfect for watching unforgettable sunsets. We spent evenings sipping cocktails and enjoying the breathtaking ocean views. The host made it easy to book and ask questions and the condo was spacious, clean and modern with cozy seating. The incredibly comfy beds (and the great sleep we got) were a highlight. It was pure bliss sipping coffee on the balcony each morning.
I particularly appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and thoughtful touches like beach towels and a cooler. The location was ideal—perfectly situated between Eagle Beach and Palm Beach––the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever seen. Spectacular view

Spring break with family and the condo worked great. We loved the location and the outdoor patio had an amazing sunset every night. The beds were clean, and very comfortable. Little repairs were needed and that was our only drawback but overall we all enjoyed our stay and would book again!

Breathtaking Condo-Amazing Stay!

This property is immaculate, exactly as the photos depicted. The condo is spacious and airy and bright. The balcony was amazing with spectacular views of the ocean and the gorgeous pools. The beds were clean and very comfortable. The property was very quiet and located just perfectly off the busy strip but within walking distance if you want to be where the action is. We had one of the best vacations ever and would recommend this beautiful and comfortable condo 100%!!!!
