Cancellation Policy

Any reservations can be changed or canceled up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival day less bank charges.

Exceptions for bookings during Hi-Season Dates (arrival between December 17th and January 2nd), please contact us at least 15 days prior to arrival date. In such instances, the full amount of your Reservation Deposit will be refunded- less a two (2) night cancellation fee.

In the event of cancellations or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges.

Great location

The listing is very accurate. The layout of the place was amazing. Everything was very clean. We enjoyed being within walking distance of both Eagle Beach and Palm Beach. Amazing!!!!

Loved this place. The penthouse was absolutely spectacular. We spent every night in the hot tub looking out at the stars and the beautiful eagle beach. Highly recommend this unit. I'm already planing my next trip!

The good: The 2 flr property is gorgeous with amazing views. Hot tub was clean and running hot by time we arrived. Check-in was easy. Staff was friendly. Apartment itself was very clean, stocked with the basics and included beach towels. Pools were some of the best I've seen anywhere. Very quiet without the crazy amount of people in other resorts. Water runs hot. What can be improved: some minor issues- cushion covers as mentioned in previous review still have not been replaced. If traveling with a baby they would provide a pack-n-play for a small fee, but make sure you remind them early in the day as after 6pm access to those type of items is not available. Front desk tends to be busy and may not respond to your phone call. However you can text them and would typically receive a response within the hour.
Summary: I would definitely rent this particular apartment again. Much better than renting at a resort. Would also rent a car to get around town which is generally easy and safe.
