Cancellation Policy Cancellation Policy

Any reservations can be changed or canceled up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival day less bank charges.

Exceptions for bookings during Hi-Season Dates (arrival between December 17th and January 2nd), please contact us at least 15 days prior to arrival date. In such instances, the full amount of your Reservation Deposit will be refunded- less a two (2) night cancellation fee.

In the event of cancellations or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges.

The home was immaculate, well kept, with beautiful views of the sea & sunsets. The balcony is huge with plenty of comfortable seating. Whether you’re having coffee in the morning or cocktails in the evening you’ll find yourself gravitating to the balcony. There is plenty of dining & activity nearby but the home is so comfortable & inviting we hardly wanted to leave it.

The condo is beautiful and has a gorgeous view of the ocean. The hot tub was nice to sit in after a busy day and relax while overlooking the ocean. You can walk to Eagle or Palm Beach (about a 5-10 minute walk each way). I would suggest renting a car for your stay so you can visit all the different beaches and restaurants. The only thing the condo was missing was a blender - and the ice maker/water in the refrigerator is not working, but it did not hinder our trip. There is a big ice machine on the first floor we used to fill up coolers and ice holder.

Great condo
We stayed here for a girls trip. The space was beautiful and comfortable. Beds were great. Ample lounging areas. Friendly staff. Short walk to numerous amenities - beaches, restaurants, grocery stores.

Beautiful, spotless, brand new. Everything worked, place looked exactly like the pictures. The building amenities were excellent - beautiful and well maintained pools. Wasn’t too crowded. We were a family of 6 and it was the perfect and luxurious space.

This penthouse was gorgeous, well kept, and the views were unbeatable. Don’t hesitate to book it, especially during off season when prices are reasonable for a sizable 3-bedroom condo across the beach.
