Cancellation Policy

Any reservations can be changed or canceled up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival day less bank charges.

Exceptions for bookings during Hi-Season Dates (arrival between December 17th and January 2nd), please contact us at least 15 days prior to arrival date. In such instances, the full amount of your Reservation Deposit will be refunded- less a two (2) night cancellation fee.

In the event of cancellations or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges.

Nuestra estadía fue Maravillosa de principio a fin
El lugar es hermoso, amplio, tiene todas las comodidades y más. La decoración es de excelente gusto y está totalmente equipado.
Todo impecable, cada rincón, la ropa blanca, los utensilios, las camas, todo de primera calidad.
Las vistas y ubicación maravillosas.
Cercano a las playas más lindas y al centro de Palm beach, ideal para salir a caminar.
Un súper reconocimiento a la anfitriona, MARIELVIA ha sido extremadamente amable y atenta, tuve un inconveniente con mi viaje y me asistió a cada instante, respondió en todo momento, y pudo encontrarme una solución.
Un placer encontrar anfitriones así.
El personal del complejo también súper amable y atento.

Ocean views, brand new, walkable to beaches, all you need!
The condo was spotless and everything was brand new + the main bedroom and living area have breathtaking views of the ocean. Exactly like the photos.
Plenty of towels and amenities, beach chairs, washer / dryer, AC in every room.
Don't miss the rooftop - panoramic views of the ocean and island with a hot tub to relax.
The building is walkable to palm beach where you'll find plenty of restaurants and things to do - also super walkable to the butterfly farm. You can take e-bikes or scooters to eagle beach as well or go on a longer walk. Recommend a rental car for other activities - baby beach, lighthouse, etc. and book a tour for Arikok National Park.
