Absolutely wonderful. Walkable to the beach, bars, casino, and restaurants. Great communication (with a human!), easy check in. Very responsive to a small maintenance issue (they came and fixed it immediately). Very clean unit with a wonderful hot tub. Nicely appointed with everything you need, plus extras. I was in unit 115, and the beach chairs were greatly appreciated. I loved the soap and shampoo, which led me to buying some at the aloe place. There was a supermarket very close. The pool was nice. Dehumidifier in the unit was a nice touch. We appreciated the washer and dryer, too. We’d absolutely stay there again. I’m so glad we chose this unit!

Our stay was everything we could've asked for, very clean and as described. Quick walk down to a beautiful beach (even with kids). Butterfly Farm is walking distance and you could easily take scooters up to the nearby popular restaurant area where Gianni's is. Definitely would recommend to friends and family!

This place is truly remarkable. We stayed at unit 115 at the Blue Residences, and this was a treat. Nicely appointed and well-kept apartment, steps away from an amazing pool, and a few more steps (across the street) from the beach. Sunset over the ocean views from the patio, complete with the grill and the jacuzzi. There is a night life area around the Palm Beach, also within walking distance. The personnel is efficient, helpful and friendly. We really like that place and will be back.

Check-in was a breeze, the air conditioning worked great, the humidifier was an added touch. We utilize the kitchen and the back patio a lot since we had a toddler with us. The pool in front of our condo was closed a few days, but we just walked over to the other pool or walked to the ocean, which was right across the street. I do advise renting a car so you can go downtown or up to Palm Beach. We couldn’t figure out how to get the dryer to work in the unit, went to the front office and someone assisted us right away. We would definitely stay again.

My family of 6 enjoyed our stay. Being on the 1st level made it easy for the grandparents & children to easily access the pool area. The place was clean & space was inviting. The pool area is relaxing and not crowded. We enjoyed using the hot tub & grill on the patio and the chdren had fun on the playground. A toaster would have been helpful in the kitchen, but otherwise adequately stocked for us to prepare the groceries we brought. Our only issue was the beds in the 2nd bedroom, which were not comfortable for us adults (the kids slept just fine on them after long hours playing in the pool.) Check in and out process was very easy! Thank you for a nice stay.

This property was very clean, easy access to the beach, pool and restaurants. It was just exactly as advertised. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It would be helpful to have additional coffee cups, chairs for the outdoors and a toaster. Great family vacation in a beautiful location!!!

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay! The location was ideal and an easy walk to restaurants and shops. The washer/dryer inside the unit was a big bonus and helped a ton! The private hot tub was great for late night relaxing, and our family enjoyed the pools and property hot tub as well. We were able to rent Bird scooters and ride to dinner if we didn’t feel like walking. The property was clean and the office staff was helpful for booking additional tours around the island. While we rented a vehicle, we could have easily stayed here without one as many of the tours offer pickup outside of the security gate. My only suggestion would be blackout shades for the master bedroom; but then again, we didn’t really want to sleep in and miss out on our time visiting Aruba. Our family was very comfortable and I would definitely come back and book again! Thank you for sharing your beautiful island with us!

Located between Palm Beach and Eagle Beach and easy access to nightlife at the high rise section. Conda was clean, spacious and perfect for our family of five. Pool was great and resort was quiet which made for a great quiet vacation.

We stayed here for 11 days and had an amazing time. The condo is really spacious and has everything you need. Really peaceful setting with beautiful gardens. The outlook is over a white sand beach where you can relax in the sea or snorkel to see plenty of fish. Buses and taxis stop right outside the entrance for a short trip to either end of the island. Very well placed and would definitely recommend.

Took a week stay with my good lady and absolutley loved it. Newly refurbished with great taste it was an excellent place to stay. Great communication with booking and a lovely family owners. Very short walk to the beach, well maintained facilities and a fair price. Will absolutley book again and can't wait to go back.

Awesome accomodations, close enough to everything so getting places is a five-minute cab ride, yet off the beaten path enough that you can get peace and quiet when you need. Perfect aspects of convenience and seclusion. Condo was well-apportioned and quite comfortable. Staff was great!!!

We had seen Blue Residence two years ago and decided then we would like to stay for a longer period of time in Aruba. The apartment was wonderful and clean and upscale. We walked every morning to the hotel district to eat breakfast at one of the many restaurants open. If your desire for a vacation is quiet and beautiful yet easily accessible to the rest of the island, Blue Residence is definitely the place for you, and in particular Emile's bottom floor two bedroom Oceanview and Jacuzzi suite was amazing.

Very pleased with reservations with Emile .My wife and i were new we were staying in a ground floor unit which was exactly what was describe but never new we had a built in hot tub which we used every night.The unit was walking distance to the beach and some restaurants we did not rent a car ,there was always plenty of cabs and small buses to take you anywhere ,the down side is the bar closes at 4PM but we found other places within a 15 min walk ,we will stay at the Blue Residence again .

Our apartment at Blue Residences was close to perfection - the rooms are really spacious and the Jacuzzi was specially good. Emile gave us all information needed and the staff was very helpful. Next time in Aruba we will be back there for sure.

Property was really nice with beautiful flowers and nice pools. Stayed in room 125, 1 master bed and 2 beds in second bedroom. There was an iron, hangers, washer/dryer, blow dryer in room. A/C adjustable in all rooms and wifi was great. Maid service every other day. Jacuzzi was great and was the view, quieter location - easy walk or taxi to area. Limited beach, really need to walk to Eagle beach or drive to another beach. Snorkeling at Boca Catalina $12 taxi ride was awesome. Concierge service was outstanding. Thanks!

The staff, particularly Marie, was wonderful and welcoming. We were the first people to stay in our unit, and when it was discovered that our stove had been incorrectly installed, we were offered breakfast at the restaurant (the chef is extraordinary) and the repair was made while we were out. The view was lovely. The pools had umbrellas and comfortable seating. It was a short walk south to Eagle Beach when we wanted to enjoy the beach, and a short walk north to restaurants. We were scuba diving with Happy Divers Aruba during the week, and relaxing at the condo between adventures. We found Aruba to be a lovely, welcoming destination, and Blue Residences a wonderful home away from home.
