Cancellation Policy

Any reservations can be changed or canceled up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival day less bank charges.

Exceptions for bookings during Hi-Season Dates (arrival between December 17th and January 2nd), please contact us at least 15 days prior to arrival date. In such instances, the full amount of your Reservation Deposit will be refunded- less a two (2) night cancellation fee.

In the event of cancellations or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges.

Loved the condo. It was exactly as pictured and very clean.
Pros:
-nice to be on first floor
- good space
- private hot tub (although we only used it once)
- easy access to pools, front desk
- great to have laundry to wash towels and bathing suits
- couch is a fold out
Bedrooms are pleasantly cool
Cons:
-you definitely have to go elsewhere for beach. The beach out front is lovely for sunsets, But the water is full of coral/lava rock eagle and palm beach aren’t far.
- living room gets *very* warm during the day, even with shades drawn all day long. We asked for assistance, but it never improved.
- bugs, especially in one bed (ants, not bed bugs). They do warn that this is a factor though.
- must rent a car if staying here. You’re about 0.75 miles to eagle beach and a bit longer to busier palm beach area. Walkable, but very warm walks during the day. Cabs add up fast. Scooters are even more expensive.
- resort told me the room had beach chairs, but it doesn’t. You have to rent them.

Great condo with lots of space. Looks just like the pictures, clean, and has everything you need for either a short or long stay. Fully stocked kitchen and plenty of towels in both bathrooms. Master bedroom was pretty large also. Check in was fast and easy. Location was perfect with beautiful views. Has a beach directly across the street. Both palm and eagle beach are about a 5-10 minute walk down the pathway, but you are literally walking along the beach the entire time. The high rise area with most restaurants and shops is a 10 minute walk. You have a parking space for a rental, and driving is easy with parking literally anywhere. 24 hour security was great to us.
The only thing the unit did not have was beach chairs, so just ask in advance for them.
Overall, I would stay here again. The hosts made us feel welcomed and were very responsive throughout our stay.

Quiet but close to high rise

We own timeshare units at both Palm Beach and Eagle Beach but needed to rent something for week 25. This unit was everything we needed. I was happy to stay away from the hustle and noise of the high rise area but still close enough to walk to. Condo was well equipped. I would suggest adding a plastic pitcher and a large mixing bowl. Other than that…. It was perfect! Thanks so much!

This is the perfect place to stay!

If you're looking for a place to stay in Aruba, this is the perfect place! Me and my boyfriend absolutely LOVED our stay here & will be coming back! Beautiful ocean view right off the patio (easy walking distance to the popular Eagle beach). The condo was exceptionally clean, spacious, has a washer and dryer & has a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a grill and hot tub on the patio if you're looking for a relaxing night in. The location is very convenient & close to multiple beaches, restaurants and popular attractions like the Butterfly Farm (which was such a magical experience!). I cannot say enough great things about this place, and we cannot wait to come back & stay here again!! Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here & would absolutely stay here again! The location was perfect (walking distance to both Eagle beach or Palm beach) the security and staff were extremely friendly & helpful, apartment was spacious & clean, the personal hot tub was a huge plus! I wish there were instructions on how to use the washer/dryer & the ability to have self check in (had to meet at front desk, check in with staff & wait until room was ready). The kitchen was beautifully stocked, just bring your own ToGo cup (no glass allowed by the pool). The entire complex was beautiful and peaceful, never crowded at any of the pools. Unfortunately no ATM on the premise so just plan accordingly. Overall a fantastic experience and would highly recommend, thanks guys!!
