Cancellation Policy

Any reservations can be changed or canceled up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival day less bank charges.

Exceptions for bookings during Hi-Season Dates (arrival between December 17th and January 2nd), please contact us at least 15 days prior to arrival date. In such instances, the full amount of your Reservation Deposit will be refunded- less a two (2) night cancellation fee.

In the event of cancellations or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges.

We had a wonderful stay at Azure Residence! Our condo was on the first floor just steps away from the main pool. The kids especially liked how close the pool was. The condo itself was very clean and had all the necessary kitchen appliances needed to cook a meal. The condo was just walking distance away from Eagle Beach and we had a nice view of the sunset from our private terrace. We would definitely stay here again!

Located slightly off the main drag, this spot was still walkable and conveniently located while quiet, peaceful and not crowded. Beautiful view of the ocean. We really liked the convenience of this ground unit to the pool and felt very safe.

Wonderful stay in Azure Aruba

We stayed as a family of 4, 2 boys aged 9 and 11. Perfect location for us. Plenty of space and amenities, the private hot tub was great, and the two infinity pools on the property were wonderful, not crowded, and perfect for our boys. Right in between the busier areas of Eagle Beach and Palm Beach was a great location for us as it was quiet at Azure, but we were close to the beaches and Super Foods. Highly recommend!

I visited with my wife and 2 daughters, ages 9 &11. Location is perfect! Close to everything that Palm Beach strip offers but far enough to avoid the crowds. I also think Eagle Beach, which is a short walk from the condo, is the better beach. Unit was great, with plenty outdoor space, direct pool access and ocean views. Not much more you can ask for!

We stayed at Azure for four nights and enjoyed our experience. The pools are wonderful and quiet. The location is great with easy access to bars, restaurants and shopping.
On our last full day I left my eyeglasses in our cab. Nigel, one of the guards at the entrance, went above and beyond the valley of duty. He tracked down the cab and was diligent about finding my glasses and returning them to me after his shift ended. Can't say enough about his resourcefulness! Thank you, Nigel!

Azure Residences are extremely well-kept. It was very secure and within a few minutes drive to lots of shopping/restaurants. I loved being there without having to be in the midst of the constant crowds. Also, very convenient to grocery store. Pools and hot tubs are beautiful with plenty of seating around.

This was a very nice place with a great pool! Looked the ground floor and easy access to the pool! All the staff was very friendly and the location was great! Would definitely stay again.

We had a very relaxing stay at blue Aruba.
The apartment was very nice & just a short walk to eagle beach. The on-site restaurant was really good, amazing food.
The buses from the apartment run regularly allowing you to get around easily.
