Cancellation Policy

Any reservations can be changed or canceled up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival day less bank charges.

Exceptions for bookings during Hi-Season Dates (arrival between December 17th and January 2nd), please contact us at least 15 days prior to arrival date. In such instances, the full amount of your Reservation Deposit will be refunded- less a two (2) night cancellation fee.

In the event of cancellations or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges.

A true gem. We felt right at home. Literally. The condo was exactly as described. Check-in was a breeze. The condo complex is extremely well-run, and the condo itself has nice space and excellent views! It's also very close to the main spots at Eagle and Palm beaches, but magically oasis-like in that it is not too busy or too loud. If you are looking for a peaceful place to stay, this is it. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo and complex was beautiful and the location was great. There were some lights out in the kitchen and maintenance had them fixed within 24 hours. Front desk was responsive to calls and texts during business hours. Would definitely come back for another stay someday!

We had an amazing stay at this condo in Aruba! The space was spotless, modern, and exactly as described—actually even better in person. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were super comfortable, and the air conditioning was a life-saver after a day in the sun.
The location was ideal—just 10 min walk to both Palm and Eagle Beaches. The pool was clean, never crowded and good sized for even lap swim. We took the Bird escooter parked at the entrance to SuperFoods for groceries and wine. We especially appreciated the gorgeous ocean front views and private balcony to watch sunsets. Neighborhood was safe and the peaceful vibe after busy days out exploring.
We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay in Aruba!
