Cancellation Policy

Any reservations can be changed or canceled up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival day less bank charges.

Exceptions for bookings during Hi-Season Dates (arrival between December 17th and January 2nd), please contact us at least 15 days prior to arrival date. In such instances, the full amount of your Reservation Deposit will be refunded- less a two (2) night cancellation fee.

In the event of cancellations or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges.

The unit was cute and very clean, absolutely stunning water view, from living room and bedside. The only thing I did not like is the hot water did not stay hot long enough for a shower. The soaps, lotions, shampoo, and conditioner in the shower smelled nice. The bed and pillows were soft. Wi-Fi was great, it reached to the pool and parking g lot which was great since my phone only worked over Wi-Fi. Every restaurant and bar shared the Wi-Fi with no problems, so I was able to use my phone when away from the unit. 2 pools were being renovated, but the pool that was open was open was great, and enough space for the guest that was there. Only a 10-minute drive away from all the bars, restaurants, and casinos. Eagle beach is across the street from the building. TVs worked great. Washer and dryer worked great, and there were laundry tide pods, and dryer sheets available. Lovely unit will visit again.

Me quedé con mi familia en el departamento y nuestra estadía fue increíble, las camas súper cómodas, los electrodomésticos muy modernos y todo limpio. La sala tenía vista al mar y el personal del edificio era muy amable. Recomiendo mucho este lugar, la ubicación también es muy buena, puedes llegar en 15 minutos caminando a Palm beach o a Eagle beach.

Mooi ruim appartement met prachtig uitzicht op de Carribean. Iedere avond vanaf het balkon genieten van een adembenemende sunset.
Eagle en Divi Beach zijn op loopafstand bereikbaar.
Ook de uitgaansgelegenheden ad High Rise liggen op nog geen kilometer afstand.
Het appartement is gelegen in een complex van 3 gebouwen. De fitness en de zwembaden waren voor ons vrij toegankelijk. De weg richting de stranden is perfect om te joggen.
Het ligt net iets rustiger dan de drukke hotels aan de High Rise.
