Cancellation Policy

Any reservations can be changed or canceled up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival day less bank charges.

Exceptions for bookings during Hi-Season Dates (arrival between December 17th and January 2nd), please contact us at least 15 days prior to arrival date. In such instances, the full amount of your Reservation Deposit will be refunded- less a two (2) night cancellation fee.

In the event of cancellations or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges.

Our room was clean and as pictured, the view was magnificent, the manager, Ursula was wonderful! My husband was ill and she arranged for Manuel to take our luggage to a cab, the cab driver( I forgot his name) took us to the airport and had us wait in the car till he got a wheelchair and a porter to get us into the airport. Without the help of those 3 individuals we could not have managed.

We’ve been to Aruba three times and this was by far our favorite accommodations. Super location and walkable distance to eagle and palm beach area. An easy scooter ride to the high rise area. Clean property, friendly staff, would def recommend.

The apartment was very clean and in an excellent location. Checking in was easy and fast, and Ursula was very helpful throughout the process. To our surprise, the apartment came with beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, and other extras, which really elevated the experience.
The only downside was that the host's response time was quite slow. If they improve communication, the overall experience would be perfect.
We would definitely stay here again!

Increible estadia! estuve 9 dias con mi familia en este paraiso y la verdad que no tengo criticas negativas, saldo ultra positivo!
Ubicacion espectacular (por ahi nesecitas auto si queres moverte por la isla), equipada excelentemente, vista al oceano todo el tiempo, te cae el sol en la cara al atardecer desde tu balcon.
Vajilla y equipamiento de calidad, electrodomesticos todos increibles, lavavajillas, licuadora, tostadora y lavarropas todos ultramodernos (usamos todos!).
Al apartamaneto tiene sillas de playa, heladeritas y coolers a disposicion, un par de tablas de bodyboard que sirven cuando vas a hacer snorkel para flotar.
Todos los ambientes con Tv y AA con termostato.
Sabanas, toallas para ducharse y para la pile, todo impecable.
La unica sugerencia poner el ventilador de techo en el balcon asi no te molestan las moscas.
Piletas, gimnaso y Jacuzzi del complejo impecables.
Por ultimo Felix y Pablo de mantenimiento y Andres de seguridad me ayudaron tambien!

This place is great! The view is incredible. It's just minutes away from market, restaurants, bars, beaches. Pool, tennis, jacuzzi and very clean.
