Cancellation Policy

Any reservations can be changed or canceled up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival day less bank charges.

Exceptions for bookings during Hi-Season Dates (arrival between December 17th and January 2nd), please contact us at least 15 days prior to arrival date. In such instances, the full amount of your Reservation Deposit will be refunded- less a two (2) night cancellation fee.

In the event of cancellations or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges.

This property exceeded my expectations! The view from here was amazing! Walking distance to many restaurants, and beaches. We even enjoyed the walking/jogging path that was right across the street. I would definitely stay here again on a future visit.

Fui con 3 amigas y el departamento fue todo lo que esperaba. Muy bien equipado, y el condominio muy bello con piscinas hermosas. La playa a tan solo 5 minutos caminando.
El condominio tiene una recepción (finalmente son los anfitriones) en que re ayudan en todo, muy buen servicio. Todo funciona ordenado.
Solo observaría que una de las camas crujía un poco. También hay que tener en cuenta que el aire acondicionado debe estar siempre prendido y eso mantiene un nivel de ruido al que debes acostumbrarte. Ninguna de estas dos cosas empaño un paseo excepcional. Volvería sin duda.

Overall excellent facility. Advertised as sleeping 6, but a 2 bedroom for 4 people. We loved the location, and the views from the balcony. Amazing sunsets. Ursula was great at the front desk. Well equipped condo but the refrigerator temperature was faulty and everything froze. We would come back hopefully next year.
