Cancellation Policy

Any reservations can be changed or canceled up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival day less bank charges.

Exceptions for bookings during Hi-Season Dates (arrival between December 17th and January 2nd), please contact us at least 15 days prior to arrival date. In such instances, the full amount of your Reservation Deposit will be refunded- less a two (2) night cancellation fee.

In the event of cancellations or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges.

Wow — absolutely beautiful apartment! The place is very bright and spacious, with large windows and breathtaking ocean views from the 6th floor. The sunsets are simply unbelievable — absolutely stunning every evening.
The location is amazing: there’s a walking path right along the beach, with Palm Beach in one direction and Eagle Beach in the other.
The balcony is fantastic, with a table and chairs where you can relax, enjoy the ocean breeze, and watch the incredible sunsets. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need — a large refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, plenty of kitchenware, as well as a washer and dryer available anytime.
The bedrooms are very spacious, and the master bathroom is large and comfortable, with double sinks and a big shower with excellent water pressure.
The building has two elevators, and the parking spot is extremely convenient — located very close to the entrance, making it easy to come and go.

Peaceful Caribbean Bliss

My husband and I were looking for a place to take a 12 day get away to just kick back and relax. This place delivered! We could walk to palm beach or eagle beach. Numerous places to eat and shop and plenty of beach options! We rented a car which allowed us to go to the others parts of the island and fish. But there was plenty to do at the property with watching the beach, poolsl, an awesome gym and even little coffee / eatery on premises! Place was even better than we imagined! Highly recommend!
